App Store Connect API - Installs/Deletes discrepencies with Analytics
Hi, I have a question about the numbers that we get from using the App Store Connect API and what is visible through Metrics/Analytics in App Store Connect's UI. Specifically, there appears to be significant discrepencies between counts for downloads, installs, deletes when comparing both data sets. I would expect them to be the same. Our workflow: Run app_installs_deletes through the API and download the provided report from the URL received Run Analytics, Total Downloads, through App Store Connect website In my case, running this for a day well in the past (to cater for catch up processing time), for example 20th Sept 2026, I get 37622 total downloads from the ASC website, but 21190 from the report data. This is a significant difference. What specific API report should be run to get the same data as displasy in App Store Connect? Looking to ensure that I have exact number from the ASC analytics/metrics, through an API report, on Installs, Updates, Deletes, Downloads. Any help appreciated. Developer support pointed me to post in the forums...

Resubmission stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 8 days despite an approved expedited review
My app Gaft (Apple ID 6798040496) was rejected on October 27 under 5.1.1(i)/5.1.2(i). I fixed the issues and resubmitted build 60 on October 28, 2026 (submission ID 7a53fa92-fcea-43fb-a0f6-37620fe0eb77). An expedited review was approved on November 2, but the submission (app version, two subscriptions and one in-app purchase) is still in "Waiting for Review" with no messages. Developer Support case: 103002520980. Agreements and banking are active. Could the App Review team please check whether this submission is stuck? Thank you.

App Stuck in Waiting for Review Since October 27 – No Response to Support or Expedited Review Request
Hello Apple Developer Forums, I am seeking guidance regarding a prolonged App Review delay for my iOS app, NOVA GPS Cambodia. App details: App: NOVA GPS Cambodia Version: 13.8.39 (Build 21) Submitted: October 27, 2026 Current status: Waiting for Review As of November 5, the app has been waiting for review for approximately nine days without any status change. I have already taken the following steps: Contacted Apple Developer Support regarding the review delay. Submitted follow-up inquiries but received no response. Successfully submitted an expedited App Review request, but received no confirmation of approval or denial. Contacted Apple Developer Support again to request investigation and escalation. Despite these efforts, the submission remains in Waiting for Review. Our app is designed for customers using compatible GPS tracking devices, and the delay is affecting our planned public launch. My questions are: Is there any additional action I can take to help resolve this prolonged Waiting for Review status? Is there a way to request an investigation or escalation when previous support inquiries and an expedited review request have received no response? Should I keep the current submission active, or is there any official recommendation for this situation? I would greatly appreciate guidance from Apple staff or developers who have experienced a similar issue. Thank you for your assistance.

ISO DNA 1.0 still "Waiting for Review" after resubmission
Hello, My app's first version (1.0) was rejected earlier. I fixed the issue, replied in the Resolution Center and resubmitted on October 28, 2026. It has been in "Waiting for Review" since then, and nobody has looked at it yet. App details: - App name: ISO DNA - Apple ID: 6824472235 - Bundle ID: com.fossphorus.isolation - Platform: iOS, version 1.0 - Status: Waiting for Review since October 28, 2026 (resubmission after rejection) What I have checked: - No new messages in the Resolution Center - No emails from App Review - App Review Information is complete (contact details, demo accounts and notes for every role) - The new build is processed and attached to the version Has anyone seen resubmissions take this long recently? Is there anything else I should check? If an Apple representative can look at the submission, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

XmasMaps (Team ID: 34WAQXFJHP) Stuck in "Waiting for Review"
To Apple Engineers, I don't seem to get any updates or responses so I will keep trying to reach out here. Please work with me on what is needed to get my app approved. it is truly important to get it deployed as soon as we can so I can begin to launch and promote the app in App Store. It has already been live on the Google Play Store for a couple weeks. My app: XmasMaps has been going from "Waiting for Review" to "Rejected". I would fix the mistakes right away which would put XmasMaps back into "Waiting for Review". This App would be a useless App after November. Our app, XmasMaps, has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" since September 29th, 2026 (Submission ID: 1ced2377-575b-4bdd-812f-2852a23c2ffc). Timeline of previous actions: Sept 29, 2026: Initial submission Oct 8 & Oct 11, 2026: Resubmitted fixes following rejections Oct 14, 2026: new build resubmitted, currently stuck in "Waiting for Review" Oct 16, 2026: Expedited review request submitted Oct 19, 2026: Support customer inquiry submitted Android is already live, and we are hoping to clear iOS review so users can access the platform ahead of the upcoming holiday season. Oct 24, 2026: Rejected again for something already built into my latest build. i resubmitted right away and now put back into "waiting for review" when I would expect that the engineer who rejected it would take it back and finalize my app. Oct 28, 2026: As of today, I opened multiple app requests for an update and update the forum multiple times until I can try to get a response. Submission ID: 1ced2377-575b-4bdd-812f-2852a23c2ffc Support Case ID: 102982950152 / 103008467960 Team ID: 34WAQXFJHP I ask, please assist and review my app. I really need it live on both platforms to promote it. Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my side. Thank you.

AppStoreConnect Review
Hello Apple Developer Community, I'm reaching out to ask whether anyone else is currently experiencing unusually long review times in App Store Connect. Our app, NumbuX, has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status for approximately three weeks, without any updates or requests for additional information. We understand that review times can vary, but this delay seems significantly longer than usual. I would appreciate any clarification regarding the following: Are there any known technical issues or backlogs affecting the App Store review process? Are other developers experiencing similar delays? Is there a recommended way to escalate or request an update when an app remains in "Waiting for Review" for several weeks? Could there be an issue with our submission that is preventing it from progressing, even though no action is requested in App Store Connect? We want to ensure that there is nothing missing on our side and that our submission is being processed correctly. We have also opened few tickets in different areas and we have not had any replied yet. Is anyone in the same situation? Thank you in advance for any information or guidance.

Update stuck in Waiting for Review, app unavailable for sale
Hi all, I'm looking for guidance on getting my app back on sale. I've done everything I know to do and I'm not sure what step I'm missing. Details below. Timeline: Aug 16: The app was removed from sale through App Store Notices (ref APP265997). Sept: I renamed the app with a new name, icon, and listing, which was the agreed resolution. Oct 2: Apple lifted the submission hold. Oct 5: The other party confirmed to App Store Notices that the matter is closed and the app can be restored. Oct 7: Version 1.0.4 was approved. App Store Connect shows it as "Ready for Distribution," but the version page also shows a banner: "This app was removed from sale from the App Store." The product page returns "can't be found." I've accepted all current agreements. Oct 20: I submitted 1.0.5 (Manual release). It has been in "Waiting for Review" for 8 days and hasn't moved to In Review. Oct 23: I followed up with App Store Notices and have not heard back yet. My questions: Once an App Store Notices matter is closed, is there a separate step to restore the app to sale, or does App Store Notices lift the removal on their end? Could the removal be why 1.0.5 hasn't entered review after 8 days? Is there a better contact or channel for this than the App Store Notices thread? Any guidance from Apple staff or anyone who has been through this would be a huge help. Existing users can't get the latest fixes, and new users can't find the app at all. Thank you.

Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) — No Access to Reinstatement, Complaint Procedures, or Outstanding Proceeds
Title: Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) — No Access to Reinstatement, Complaint Procedures, or Outstanding Proceeds Hello Apple Developer Support, We are a software company based in Türkiye, and our Apple Developer Program membership was terminated on October 16, 2026, under Section 3.2(f), following a Pending Termination Notice issued on September 11. Our main concern is that Apple has not only terminated our developer membership but has also made the official reinstatement and complaint procedures inaccessible, while substantial proceeds from our applications remain unpaid. When we sign in to App Store Connect using the Account Holder's Apple Account, we are presented with a nearly blank page showing only "Users and Access." We cannot access our applications, financial information, App Review correspondence, or the "Re-instate a Terminated Developer Program Membership" option. Additionally, the termination email explicitly directs us to https://developer.apple.com/contact/p2b/ to file an official complaint. However, when we open that link while signed in as the Account Holder, the page displays: "You're not eligible to make this request." We are effectively locked out of every designated channel for challenging the termination or requesting reinstatement. This situation raises serious concerns about procedural fairness and transparency. Apple has terminated our membership, restricted our access to essential account information, and left our outstanding proceeds unresolved, without providing an accessible mechanism to formally challenge these actions. How are we supposed to exercise our right to request reinstatement or submit a formal complaint when Apple's own systems prevent us from doing so? We urgently request: An accessible alternative method to submit our reinstatement petition and formal complaint, or manual restoration of access to the designated procedures. Written clarification regarding the status and settlement of our outstanding developer proceeds. A meaningful opportunity to challenge the termination decision through an accessible and transparent review process. This termination has caused significant financial and operational harm to our business. If these issues cannot be resolved through Apple's official procedures, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our company's interests, including the recovery of outstanding payments. We can provide screenshots demonstrating both access restrictions. Developer Support Case: 102974109993 We are not requesting special treatment. We are requesting access to the very procedures Apple instructs terminated developers to use. We would appreciate a substantive response from Apple staff explaining how we can proceed. Thank you.

App update stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 24 days (since Oct 9), no communication
Hello, Our iOS app update has been "Waiting for Review" since October 9, 2026, with no status change or message from App Review. App: LoveYug: Couple Games for Two Apple ID: 6764535507 App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6764535507 Version: iOS 2.0.1 (Build 61) Submission ID: ee368da7-67ea-47b4-af79-6a0b301f3896 Timeline: October 2: Version 2.0.1 was rejected under Guideline 1.1 for a keyword in our App Store metadata. October 3: We removed it from the metadata in every localization, replied in App Review, and resubmitted. October 9: We withdrew the submission to include a new build (61) and resubmitted the same day. November 2: Still "Waiting for Review", with no further questions or issues reported. What we have tried: Requested an expedited review twice Contacted App Review through the Contact Us form Opened two Developer Support cases: 102988518785, 103012593576 None of these has received a substantive response. Our app is already live on the App Store (version 2.0.0), and this update is already live on Google Play. iOS users are stuck on the older version, without the new features and fixes. We fixed the earlier issue the same day and have not changed the binary or metadata since October 9. We are not asking for approval without review. We only want to confirm the submission is correctly queued and not stuck on a hold, or to learn whether we need to do anything else. Could someone from App Review look at this submission or escalate it? Thank you.

Rejected under 2.3.7 (price in screenshots): fixed metadata, replied twice, no response in a week
My app was rejected under Guideline 2.3.7 (Accurate Metadata). One screenshot showed an unlock sheet that mentioned the price and the word “free”. The review was on an iPad Air 11-inch (M3), version 1.0 (13). The message says to revise the metadata and reply to the message. I replaced that screenshot with one that has no purchase wording. The new one is in the iPhone 6.3" and iPad 13" sets. I then replied to App Review through Resolution Center. I’ve replied twice now, and it has been a week with no response and no status change. Is a reply alone enough, or do I have to resubmit? The message doesn’t say whether a new binary is needed. The binary is unchanged. I’ve read that metadata-only rejections can be answered with Resolve → Reply to App Review, and also that an accidental “Add for Review” can cost you the reply option. Which has worked for you on a rejected version? And how long did Apple take to answer a reply? I can’t edit the iPhone 6.9" and 6.5" screenshot sets. Both still show the old screenshot at the end. In Media Manager the tiles open a preview but have no delete control, and the upload buttons are disabled. Is the rejected version locked? Is there an Edit control I’m missing? Could those old sets be why my replies are stuck? I’d also like to know whether Apple’s check reads all device sizes or only the one reviewed, and whether the 6.9" and 6.5" sets can just be removed when the 6.3" set is there. If you’ve been in this spot, did anything get a reviewer’s attention? Examples would be a call request through App Review Contact, an expedite request, or resubmitting. Thanks for any advice.

StoreKit 2 returns primary-language product metadata in sandbox despite an approved localization for the storefront's language
Device: iPhone 11, iOS 26.5 Build: development build, built with Xcode 26.6, iOS SDK 26.5, using the StoreKit sandbox Problem For a non-consumable in-app purchase, Product.displayName and Product.description (StoreKit 2, fetched with Product.products(for:)) always return the English (U.S.) localization, which is the product's primary language, instead of the approved Portuguese (Brazil) one. The App Store purchase sheet shows the English (U.S.) display name too. Setup The product is Approved. Its English (U.S.), Portuguese (Brazil) and Indonesian localizations are all Approved in App Store Connect. The app's App Store localizations include Portuguese (Brazil). The iPhone's preferred languages are Português (Brasil) first, then English (U.S.) and Svenska. The app's language in Settings → Apps → [app] → Language is Português (Brasil). The app's Info.plist declares pt-BR in CFBundleLocalizations. The sandbox tester was newly created in App Store Connect with Brazil as its country or region. Prices come back in BRL, so the Brazil storefront is in use. Questions TN2413 says the language follows the test account's store, and an App Store Commerce Engineer said in thread 756918 that a sandbox account set to the desired country should return that country's language. Our setup matches both, yet we get the primary language. Is localized product metadata expected to be served in the sandbox environment? If so, what else determines the language StoreKit returns, and why would it fall back to the primary language when an approved localization exists for the storefront's default language? How can we verify product localizations before releasing to production?

Multiseat Subscriptions: Pricing Flexibility and Enterprise Implementation
I have questions about pricing flexibility and technical implementation. In WWDC26 Session 391, you introduced up to five volume pricing bands that allow developers to offer lower per-seat subscription prices as organizations purchase more seats. For example: 1–20 seats: $39.99/month per seat 21–40 seats: $29.99/month per seat 41+ seats: $19.99/month per seat Volume purchasing and volume discounting provide different benefits. Volume purchasing makes it easier for organizations to buy, deploy, and manage subscriptions. This is valuable independently of discounts. Consider a productivity application deployed to 10,000 employees. Unlike AI services that charge separately for tokens or usage credits, an application offering unlimited, unmetered usage receives no additional revenue beyond its subscription fees. Supporting 10,000 deployments also introduces ongoing responsibilities. Major updates, new capabilities, and performance improvements may require additional testing, deployment coordination, compatibility checks, and technical support. Enterprise customers often have greater requirements for reliability, timely updates, and deployment management. Reducing the fixed subscription price per seat does not reduce these responsibilities or account for the additional value delivered across an organization. My questions for the StoreKit team: Business pricing: Can developers create a separate business subscription with a higher base price than their consumer offering, such as $39.99/month for individuals and $59.99/month per business seat, with independent volume pricing bands? Business-only distribution: Can this subscription be offered exclusively through Apple Business while maintaining the existing consumer subscription? Business features in the same app: Can StoreKit 2 identify whether a user has an individual subscription or an organization-assigned seat, allowing developers to unlock additional business capabilities within the same app binary? Onboarding and deployment: What is the recommended approach for adapting onboarding, subscription unlocking, and access management for organization-assigned users? Are there specific considerations for MDM deployment and managed app configurations? Implementation resources: Are there technical documentation or sample projects covering multiseat purchases, entitlement verification, seat reassignment, subscription changes, and ongoing management after release? The primary opportunity is simplifying organizational purchasing and deployment, while allowing developers to deliver additional business value and price subscriptions according to the ongoing requirements of supporting organizations at scale—not simply discounting additional seats. I’d appreciate clarification on the recommended pricing configuration and StoreKit 2 implementation. Thank you. REF: October 22 Announcement — Offer your subscriptions to businesses and schools

App Review Delay – Still Waiting for Review
I submitted my app for App Store Review on 27th October 2026. As of 31st October 2026, it has been approximately 4 days, and the app's status in App Store Connect is still showing "Waiting for Review". It has not yet moved to "In Review". I'm using an Individual Apple Developer Account. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and raised a support ticket regarding this delay. I'd like to hear from other developers: Are Individual Developer accounts experiencing longer review wait times compared to Organization accounts? Has anyone else submitted an app recently and experienced a similar delay? How long did it take for your app to move from "Waiting for Review" to "In Review"? Is there anything else I should do while waiting for Apple's response? Any recent experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

App stuck in review after resolving rejection / Expedite & Support unresponsive
Hello everyone, and happy Halloween! I’m looking for advice on how to handle an App Store Review deadlock. The Issue: Our app is new. It was initially rejected with a few required changes. We addressed the feedback on the same day and submitted a new build each time. However, whenever a rejection occurs (showing the red exclamation mark next to "App Review"), the submission seems to enter a deadlock state with zero progress. To break out of this, we had to manually cancel/reject the build twice and resubmit a new version. Up until now, our review expedites were processed within 48 hours. Current Situation: The latest review has now been completely stuck for over a week. Submitted an Expedited Review request → No response. Contacted Developer Support → No response. Why it's critical: We have scheduled external press and interviews going live that cannot be postponed, and we risk losing potential users if the app isn't live on the App Store in time. Has anyone experienced a similar deadlock after resolving a rejection? Is there any effective way to escalate this with Apple Developer Relations when support form inquiries go unanswered? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated! Apple-ID 6821089281

Stuck Waiting for Review
Hi, I'm curious if others have spent a long time stuck waiting for review. I submitted a week ago, and have a growing audience exited to play my new game and continuing to not have it available is hurting my growth. Should I submit a form for expedited review?
