Enrollment stuck for weeks — upload link returns "account not authorized" (/ineligible), no reply from Developer Support
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck for several weeks and I can't get a response through any channel. Hoping someone from Apple can flag this internally. Situation: The enrollment fee is already paid — authorized and showing as completed on my card. My government-issued photo ID was uploaded earlier, before I made the payment. Developer Support (Case #102982502169) emailed asking me to re-upload my ID via https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ — but that link redirects to /contact/file-upload/ineligible and shows "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files", even when I'm signed in as the account holder. So I physically cannot complete the step they asked for. What I've tried: Replied to the email thread (Case #102982502169, Case #103012285256, Case #103015741490) multiple times — no response. No phone/callback option is offered for my account. Apple Support chat confirmed they have no way to escalate to the developer team. Could someone please either enable the file upload for my case, or confirm my ID is already on file so enrollment can be completed? Case #102982502169. Happy to provide any details. Thank you.

apple publishing wrong picture in app store
apple did move an unauthorized picture to the appstore release. it was an internal picture showing an example paywall with example amount for a in app purchase. this is creating a lot of confusion, and we loose customers. no idea how to remove it, as it is not listed as screenshot to use. it was once a "review only" picture and still sits in the asset library. it is not in the list or preview of the real screenshots

App Store search rewrites exact app name TagRay to Tigray
Live iOS app: TagRay Apple ID: 6799481914 Bundle: com.labeltalk.tagray Developer: Sinclair Telecommunications LLC Status: Ready for Sale (1.1.10) Storefronts tested: United States, United Kingdom, France Developer Support case: 103017110624 (Distribution — App Store Search and Discoverability, 2 Nov 2026) This is a dictionary rewrite, not ranking and not a missing listing. On the same iPhone, same storefront, same hour: Query TagRay (one word, exact app name) → App Store rewrites the query to Tigray → TagRay does not appear Query Tag Ray (two words, space) → TagRay appears at once (Apple ID 6799481914) Direct URL https://apps.apple.com/app/tagray/id6799481914 → the correct product page loads The listing name is TagRay. Subtitle is “Scan the care tag.” Keywords already contain TagRay. Tigray is a place name. TagRay is our unique app name. We are not asking shoppers to search two words. Please treat TagRay as an exact app-name query and stop substituting Tigray on US, UK, and France storefronts. This matches reports already on this forum: Dabah rewritten to Sabah Fiscie rewritten to Fysiek Coriyo rewritten to correo The app is indexed. The search box replaces the brand before results. That is the bug. Happy to add screen recordings of the three queries to this thread or to case 103017110624.

Multiseat Subscriptions: Pricing Flexibility and Enterprise Implementation
I have questions about pricing flexibility and technical implementation. In WWDC26 Session 391, you introduced up to five volume pricing bands that allow developers to offer lower per-seat subscription prices as organizations purchase more seats. For example: 1–20 seats: $39.99/month per seat 21–40 seats: $29.99/month per seat 41+ seats: $19.99/month per seat Volume purchasing and volume discounting provide different benefits. Volume purchasing makes it easier for organizations to buy, deploy, and manage subscriptions. This is valuable independently of discounts. Consider a productivity application deployed to 10,000 employees. Unlike AI services that charge separately for tokens or usage credits, an application offering unlimited, unmetered usage receives no additional revenue beyond its subscription fees. Supporting 10,000 deployments also introduces ongoing responsibilities. Major updates, new capabilities, and performance improvements may require additional testing, deployment coordination, compatibility checks, and technical support. Enterprise customers often have greater requirements for reliability, timely updates, and deployment management. Reducing the fixed subscription price per seat does not reduce these responsibilities or account for the additional value delivered across an organization. My questions for the StoreKit team: Business pricing: Can developers create a separate business subscription with a higher base price than their consumer offering, such as $39.99/month for individuals and $59.99/month per business seat, with independent volume pricing bands? Business-only distribution: Can this subscription be offered exclusively through Apple Business while maintaining the existing consumer subscription? Business features in the same app: Can StoreKit 2 identify whether a user has an individual subscription or an organization-assigned seat, allowing developers to unlock additional business capabilities within the same app binary? Onboarding and deployment: What is the recommended approach for adapting onboarding, subscription unlocking, and access management for organization-assigned users? Are there specific considerations for MDM deployment and managed app configurations? Implementation resources: Are there technical documentation or sample projects covering multiseat purchases, entitlement verification, seat reassignment, subscription changes, and ongoing management after release? The primary opportunity is simplifying organizational purchasing and deployment, while allowing developers to deliver additional business value and price subscriptions according to the ongoing requirements of supporting organizations at scale—not simply discounting additional seats. I’d appreciate clarification on the recommended pricing configuration and StoreKit 2 implementation. Thank you. REF: October 22 Announcement — Offer your subscriptions to businesses and schools

Apple Developer enrollment blocked by ID Verification Rejected - case 103016785937
I am a software developer based in Libya trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. The Apple Developer app now shows "ID Verification Rejected", and the Enroll Now button is disabled. I cannot proceed to the payment stage. Background My previous enrollment reached the payment stage, but Developer Support later informed me that enrollment could not be completed following an internal review. The related case was 20000137869424. I subsequently attempted enrollment with a new Apple Account using my genuine Libyan passport and personal information. That attempt now stops at identity verification. Both devices use the intended Apple Account, the account region is Libya, two-factor authentication is enabled, and the Developer app is up to date. I have provided supporting identity documents privately to Developer Support. In my earlier forum thread, Apple Developer Support replied that my case was being reviewed. I am posting this update because the current blocking issue is now identity verification rather than the earlier pending payment. I opened a separate support request from the new account and received an acknowledgement on November 2, 2026, with case ID 103016785937. Guidance requested What is the supported process for requesting manual identity verification or reconsideration after "ID Verification Rejected"? Can Developer Support confirm whether case 103016785937 is with the appropriate team, or whether I need to provide anything else through a secure channel? Should I wait for the existing review before making any further enrollment attempt, and which account should be used if another attempt is permitted? Has anyone resolved this specific verification status through an official support process? Any account-specific review can take place privately through Developer Support. This is preventing me from publishing my applications. I would appreciate clear guidance on the correct next steps. Thank you.

Can a sandboxed macOS app manage other applications windows with user consent?
I'm planning to develop a macOS tiling window manager for potential distribution through the Mac App Store. Planned Features Detect application windows and observe focus changes. Move, resize, and focus windows belonging to other applications. Organize windows into app-defined virtual workspaces rather than native macOS Spaces. Display a separate workspace navigation bar without replacing or disabling the native macOS menu bar. Security and Permissions The application would: Use only public macOS APIs. Not load user-provided plugins. Not require root privileges. Request explicit Accessibility permission from users. Not replace or disable native macOS functionality. App Sandbox Considerations Apple's Protecting User Data with App Sandbox documentation lists "Use of accessibility APIs in assistive apps" as a restricted activity. Questions Sandbox restrictions: Does this restriction prevent a sandboxed application from managing windows belonging to other applications, even when the user explicitly grants Accessibility permission? Supported APIs and entitlements: Are there public macOS APIs or entitlements that allow these window management operations while remaining compliant with App Sandbox requirements? Mac App Store distribution: Is there an Apple-supported architecture or approach that would allow this functionality to be distributed through the Mac App Store? Goal I'd like to confirm the technical feasibility of implementing these features within Apple's App Sandbox and Mac App Store requirements before beginning development.

Unbelievable: 2 App Store rejections, ZERO uses of our app's main feature. What would you do - appeal or resubmit?
I'm genuinely at a loss with Apple's App Review process. Our backend records show that across BOTH reviews, Apple's reviewers did not complete a SINGLE use of our app's core functionality. Not once. ZERO completed generations. For the latest review, our logs confirm Apple successfully logged in, but recorded ZERO generation requests and ZERO credits consumed. This isn't some minor feature. It's the entire foundation of our app. Our app fundamentally changes and becomes personalised as it's used. Without completing that process, you're essentially judging an incomplete product. Submission ID: 6a126514-9bb6-4d91-923c-bf29aacb1b68 Here's why this is so frustrating. We spent months deliberately building an app that offers functionality and a user experience fundamentally different from existing competitors. This wasn't another copycat app - avoiding that was central to its design from day one. We explained these differences extensively in our App Review notes. Yet Apple has rejected us TWICE under Guideline 4.3(b) — Design Spam. We even provided a narrated walkthrough demonstrating exactly what makes our app unique. Our video analytics show ZERO views. So we're being rejected for supposedly lacking originality, despite neither review producing a completed use of our main feature and no recorded views of our demonstration. After both rejections, we've received nothing but generic responses telling us to improve the app, without identifying a single specific problem. How are independent developers supposed to fix something when Apple won't explain what's wrong? We've now filed a formal appeal, which could take a month, with no visible queue position, progress updates or estimated timeframe. Meanwhile, we've already missed multiple planned marketing opportunities, and waiting could mean missing even more. We're not asking for guaranteed approval. We're asking for a fair review of what we've actually built. Has anyone else experienced this? What would you do? Wait for the appeal, hoping the App Review Board properly evaluates the app, even if it takes another month and we miss more deadlines? Withdraw the appeal and resubmit, hoping for a different reviewer, but risking another rejection without proper testing and further warnings against our developer account? I'd genuinely appreciate advice from anyone who's experienced something similar, especially those who've successfully appealed a 4.3(b) rejection. At this point, I genuinely don't know whether this is a reviewer misunderstanding, an automated rejection process, or something else entirely. But how can Apple determine that an app lacks originality when its defining functionality hasn't even been tested?

Tahoe is too slow
Hi from France, Since Tahoe, my applications became very slow and I had no choice except stopping to self them. For example, opening a large document took 10 seconds before Tahoe but it takes 10 minutes now. OS 27 does not correct anything. I wont accept to develop new applications if the OS remains unusable and I need a quick solution to take a decision for the future.

Individual enrollment – "ID Verification Rejected", only driver's license offered for German account
Hi, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. My Apple Account is set to Germany. During identity verification in the Apple Developer app, only the driver's license was offered as an ID document. Passport and German national ID card were not selectable. I used my German driver's license (EU card format), and the app now shows "ID Verification Rejected" without a retry option. I've contacted Developer Support and am waiting for a reply. Has anyone with a German account had the same issue? Did Support reset the verification or let you use your passport instead? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck on Pending – No Charge After 3 Week
Hello Apple Developer Community, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but my enrollment has been stuck on "Pending" for approximately one week. My Enrollment ID is 9LDLFVHKZ7. When I attempt to purchase the annual membership for $99, I receive a confirmation page stating that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. However, no payment is charged, and my account continues to display "Purchase your membership." I have already submitted four support requests but have not received any response. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution? I would also appreciate it if an Apple staff member could review my case or advise me on how to proceed. Thank you.

App Store Connect Blocking Live App Update Over EU VAT Requirements — Apple Support No Longer Responding
I'm a U.S.-based independent developer with an existing, published iOS app. For nearly two months, I've been unable to submit version 2.2, which introduces my first auto-renewable subscription. App Store Connect displays the error: “You must first provide all missing required tax information.” Under Agreements, Tax, and Banking, 27 EU countries show missing VAT information associated with the Alternative Terms Addendum. Here's what I've already verified: U.S. W-9 is active. Paid Applications Agreement and banking information are active. App distribution is restricted to the U.S. and Canada. Subscription availability is restricted to the U.S. Digital Services Act (DSA) declaration is completed. I've accepted the latest agreements. My existing app (version 2.1) remains live on the App Store. I've contacted multiple Apple Support departments via email over roughly two months. I've repeatedly explained the issue, but responses have focused on unrelated DSA requirements or redirected me elsewhere. Apple Support has now stopped responding to my inquiries altogether. I am not registered for EU VAT, nor am I distributing my app or subscription in the EU. I don't want to register for foreign tax obligations simply to satisfy what may be an outdated agreement requirement. My questions: Has anyone experienced this exact tax-validation error when submitting an update to an existing app? Is there a legitimate way to clear VAT requirements associated with the Alternative Terms Addendum? Is there an escalation route or technical workaround when Apple Support stops responding and an existing app cannot be updated? I'd greatly appreciate firsthand experiences or guidance. I'm trying to resolve this without losing my existing App Store listing, users, or subscription configuration.

Has Anyone Experienced App Removal After Technical Issues Under Guidelines 3.2 and 5.6?
Hi everyone, Our app was recently removed from the App Store under Section 3.2 and Guideline 5.6. We believe this decision was unjustified, and we are still waiting for a response to our appeal. We had some technical issues affecting the app's functionality, but we were actively working on a fix. We have now identified a solution and are implementing it, and we were ready to submit an updated build. We understand that apps must comply with Apple's guidelines and provide a reliable user experience. However, we are struggling to understand why the app was removed before we had a reasonable opportunity to fix the technical issues, especially since we did not engage in any fraudulent activity. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is immediate app removal a common outcome in cases involving technical issues, and were you able to get your app reinstated after appealing? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to register for the Apple Developer Program, but the progress was stuck showing only the message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I contacted Apple Developer Program Support, case ID 103009408846, but haven't received a response until today.
