Pending enrollment blocks the Apple Developer app — support cases unanswered
Hello Apple Developer Support, Please help with an organization enrollment that cannot be completed in the Apple Developer app. Case 20000147180205. A follow-up request was also submitted and has not been answered. I can provide the second case number privately. What support already confirmed on case 20000147180205: the initial enrollment was fully withdrawn; another enrollment on this Apple Account is still pending. Because that enrollment is pending, the Apple Developer app will not open enrollment and sends us to the website. On the website the only step is to complete a purchase. Earlier payment attempts never reached the card issuer. On a different Apple Account that had no pending web enrollment, Developer Support instructed us to enroll in the Apple Developer app. That enrollment was accepted in the app, and we immediately received a request to upload documents. Please withdraw the pending enrollment on this Apple Account and confirm when enrollment in the Apple Developer app is available. We will then submit it in the app and upload the requested documents. We will not start another enrollment on the website and we will not submit another payment. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Payment Showing a Different Apple Account – Will My Membership Be Registered Correctly?
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. I am signed in to the Apple Developer app with the account I want to use for my developer membership. However, when I proceed to the payment screen, the App Store subscription confirmation shows a different Apple Account from the one I am using in the Apple Developer app. The subscription fee shown is ₹8,700 per year. I want to make sure that my Apple Developer Program membership is registered under the account I used to enroll, as I intend to use it to publish and manage my apps. Before completing the payment, I would like to clarify: Can I pay using a different Apple Account from the one used to enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Will my developer membership be activated under the account I used to enroll? Is it safe to confirm the annual subscription without changing my App Store account? Has anyone successfully completed enrollment this way? I would appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced the same situation, especially developers from India. Thank you for your help!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Error: “This address is not valid” (Case IDs: 103002643577, 103002642638)

Has anyone experienced this mismatch between App Store Connect and the Apple Developer portal?
I’m trying to upload an iOS app to TestFlight for an existing organization team, but I’m stuck in an agreement/access loop. What I see: • App Store Connect lists my account as “Account Holder, Admin” for the organization. • Our existing apps are visible in App Store Connect. • A banner says the Account Holder must accept the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement. • Following the account link opens developer.apple.com/account, but that page only shows “Join the Apple Developer Program” and “Enroll today.” • There are no membership details, organization team selector, or agreement acceptance button. • Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles shows “Access Unavailable.” What I’ve already tried: • Confirmed that I’m using the same Apple Account on both websites. • Signed in again using a fresh Chrome Incognito session — same result. • Signed back into Xcode. The organization team appears, but access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles is still unavailable. App Store Connect also shows the Free Apps Agreement as “Active (New Agreement Available).” I haven’t been able to verify the actual membership expiration date because the Developer portal does not show membership details. The app builds successfully without code signing, but I cannot complete provisioning and upload it to TestFlight. I’ve already opened a case with Apple Developer Support and am awaiting a response. Has anyone resolved this exact situation? Was it a membership renewal issue, an account-to-team association issue, or something else? Is there an official way to access the agreement or membership details when the Account Holder sees only the enrollment page? Any experience or guidance from Apple staff would be appreciated.

16 days Pending, two unanswered cases — I'm running out of ways to reach anyone
I am posting here because I genuinely do not know what else to do. I paid the USD 99 Apple Developer Program fee on 13 October 2026. The payment went through immediately — I have the Apple Store invoice and the confirmation email sitting in my inbox. Sixteen days later, my enrollment still says **Pending**. In those sixteen days Apple has not asked me for a single thing. No ID verification, no document request, no email explaining what the hold-up is. Just Pending. I have opened two support cases. The most recent is **Case ID 103005173976**, now 7 days old. Both times I got the same automated reply telling me my request had been received and someone would get back to me as soon as possible. Nobody has. Not once, from either case. I check that inbox every morning before I do anything else, and every morning it is empty. I refresh the enrollment page more times a day than I want to admit. Apple's own documentation says enrollment usually completes within 48 hours and that support cases are answered within 48 hours. I am at 16 days and 7 days respectively, with no explanation for either. Where I am: - Individual enrollment, Sri Lanka - Paid 13 October 2026, USD 99.00, payment confirmed - Status: Pending, unchanged - Two support cases, latest 103005173976, zero human replies I am not posting to complain for the sake of it. I had a release date planned around this and I have had to push it, and I cannot give anyone a new date because I have no idea whether this resolves tomorrow or in another three weeks. Not knowing is the part that is wearing me down. So, honestly asking: 1. Has anyone had an individual enrollment sit in Pending this long with no communication at all? What finally moved it? 2. Is there any way to escalate an existing case ID, or any contact route that is actually staffed, rather than the email form that has now swallowed two of my requests? 3. Is there something I am supposed to be doing on my end that Apple simply has not told me about? If anyone from Apple reads this — I will send the invoice number, order number and Apple ID privately to whoever needs them. I just want someone to look at the account. Thank you to anyone who can point me somewhere.

Enrollment stuck in Pending from Nepal: Order Acknowledgement received, card never charged (Enrollment ID HJZ2B53VP8)
Hi everyone, I'm an individual developer in Nepal and my Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in "Pending" since October 27, 2026. What happened: I received an Order Acknowledgement (US$99) on Oct 27 saying it would be processed within 2 business days. Nothing happened after 7 days. I tried again on Nov 3 and received an identical Order Acknowledgement. The Thank You page says up to 2 business days again. My card (Visa ending 9271, issued by a Nepali bank) has never been charged. developer.apple.com/account still shows "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now." The Apple Developer app on my Mac says enrollment isn't available for this Apple Account and sends me to the web. During enrollment, my passport upload failed the first time. The second time, the upload option wasn't shown, but the application was still submitted. Enrollment ID: HJZ2B53VP8 I have contacted Developer Program Support and am waiting for a reply. I've seen similar reports on these forums, including from other developers in Nepal, who said they tried multiple cards without success. Has anyone from Nepal (or anywhere) got past this stage? Did anything fix it, such as a different card, a call to support, or a re-submitted ID? Thanks!

Paired Apple Watch never appears in Xcode 27 / devicectl, so the Developer Mode toggle never shows on the watch
My paired Apple Watch never shows up in Xcode, so the Developer Mode toggle never appears on the watch (Settings > Privacy & Security). The paired iPhone works perfectly, and I build and install to it every day. Setup Mac: macOS Tahoe 26.6, Xcode 27.0 (watchOS 27 SDK and platform installed) iPhone 15 Pro Max, Developer Mode ON, shows as connected in xcrun devicectl list devices over USB Apple Watch on watchOS 26.x, passcode set, unlocked, on wrist Free personal team (also tried a second free Apple ID; both are signed in to Xcode) Symptom xcrun devicectl list devices lists the iPhone and an iPad, never the watch Devices and Simulators shows no watch under the iPhone No ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/watchOS DeviceSupport folder has ever been created Unified log on the Mac shows no CoreDevice / remotepairing activity for the watch at all. It looks like the Mac never hears from it. Network No router. The Mac gets internet from an iPad over USB and re-shares it over Wi-Fi (macOS Internet Sharing). iPhone and watch are joined to that network. I also tried the Mac and phone on the iPhone's Personal Hotspot. VPN is off and the firewall is off. Already tried, no change Unpaired the watch and paired again (restored from backup) iPhone: Settings > Developer > Clear Trusted Computers, re-trusted, xcrun devicectl manage pair Accepted the "Trust this computer" prompt on the watch after a restart iPhone Developer Mode off, restart, on, restart Signed out of and back in to Xcode accounts; accepted the latest agreements Restarted the Mac, iPhone and watch; waited 5+ minutes with the Devices window open each time Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on everywhere; watch and Mac on the same Wi-Fi Is there a way to force Xcode to discover the watch through the iPhone, or a log predicate that shows why the watch is never offered? Any pointers appreciated.

[102963199538] P2B Regulation compliant: statement of reason requested, TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED
Formal Complaint and Request for Statement of Reasons Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (Platform-to-Business Regulation) Date: 2 November 2026 Entity: TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED Application submitted: 10 August 2026 To: Apple Developer Support and Compliance Legal Team Apple Developer Support case ID: 102963199538 Apple privacy case ID: 22855378 Enrollment ID (as shown in the Apple Developer app): 7L6W667C4M Subject: Declined company enrollment, Apple Developer Program Complaint I am writing on behalf of TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED to make a formal complaint about Apple’s decision to decline our company enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, and to request a written statement of reasons for that decision. Background TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED submitted its company enrollment in the Apple Developer Program on 10 August 2026. Apple declined it on 21 September 2026 and has not told us why. We contacted Apple Developer Support by email on 14 September, 28 September, 3 October, 18 October and 31 October 2026 asking for the reason and for a review. We have still not been given any explanation. Apple’s case record for support case 102963199538 shows the case as closed, with its last update on 15 October 2026. Although the enrollment was declined, its status in the Apple Developer app still shows as “In Review” (enrollment ID 7L6W667C4M), while the Apple Developer website shows it as declined. We believe this stuck status is preventing us from submitting a new application, so we cannot correct whatever the problem was and try again. Why this matters TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED operates a gym subscription service for consumers in the EU, and our app is ready for release. Without a developer account we cannot distribute it on the App Store. We understand that the App Store is an online intermediation service covered by the P2B Regulation, and that providers of such services are required to explain decisions that restrict a business user’s access and to operate an internal complaint-handling system. We ask that this letter be treated as a complaint under that system. What we are asking for A clear, specific statement of reasons: the facts and circumstances that led to the decision to decline our enrollment. A human review of that decision by someone who was not involved in the original decision, with the outcome given to us in writing. Please also confirm whether the decision was made solely by automated means. Confirmation of the current status of every enrollment linked to our company and to my Apple Account, including an explanation of why the Apple Developer app shows “In Review”. Closure or removal of the pending “In Review” enrollment record, so that we are able to submit a new application. Details of any information or documents we can provide to resolve the matter, and how we can reapply. A written response within 14 days of the date of this letter. Next steps If we do not receive a substantive response, we intend to refer the matter to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, the competent authority for the P2B Regulation in Ireland, to use the mediation options available under the Regulation, and to raise the matter with the Data Protection Commission in connection with our data access request (case 22855378). We would much prefer to resolve this directly and would welcome the chance to do so. Yours sincerely, Mike Rainsford On behalf of TOTALGYMACCESS LIMITED

Individual enrollment fails with "could not be completed at this time" (Case ID 103017016749)
Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual (Brazil), and every attempt ends with: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. The status page (developer.apple.com/enroll/identity/status) keeps showing this message, with no reason and no next step. What I've already checked: Two-factor authentication is enabled. Date of birth and country/region are correct. A valid credit card in my name is on file. I updated the name on my Apple Account to match my government ID exactly. The Apple Developer website still shows my old name, so my developer profile seems to be out of sync with my Apple Account. I retried after the update and got the same error. I opened a support case today (Case ID: 103017016749), but going by other threads here, I'm worried it could take weeks. I need the membership to sign and notarize a macOS app I build and distribute, so this is blocking my work. Could someone from the Apple Developer Program team please look at my enrollment, sync my developer profile with the updated name, and reset the failed enrollment state? I can provide a government-issued photo ID or anything else that's needed. Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck After US$99 Payment with no support from Apple
Hello Apple Developer Support and Community, I need assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I received an order acknowledgement for the US$99 membership on October 25, October 27 and November 01 of 2026, but my membership has not been activated. I initially started enrollment using the Apple Developer site on my iPhone. The process requested only the payment. So I put my card information in all of those three times (first time I used my IPhone and the other two times I used my Macbook). My Apple Developer app says I can't enroll through the app, only the website. I have submitted a support request and received case ID 103010636730, with three emails with no response from apple, only informing that the support email was submitted. Could someone advise whether I need to complete identity verification again or whether Apple Support must restore my existing enrollment? Thank you for your help.

Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked since 28 August 2026 – no response from Support (Case ID: 102973162608)
Hi everyone, I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program since 28 August 2026, and my issue is still not resolved. For over a month now, Apple Developer Support has not replied to me at all. I have emailed Developer Support many times, submitted my ID when they asked for it and followed every step they gave me. Still, no response. I have also called Apple Support 6 times and used chat support 3–4 times. Every time I am told they have no link to the Developer team and that I can only reach them by email. But the Developer team does not answer email, so I am stuck with no way forward. My app is ready to launch and I have already spent money on marketing. Every day of delay adds to my financial loss. I am ready to provide any verification Apple needs. If my enrollment cannot be completed, they should at least tell me. Leaving a developer with no reply for over a month is very shameful behavior from the Apple Developer team. Case ID: 102973162608 Latest Ticket: 103011417221 Has anyone else faced this? How did you finally get a response from the Developer team? Any advice would really help. Thanks, Shaher Yar

Organisation enrolment approved but membership payment declined 3 times – stuck since July 2026
Hello, I've been trying to enrol in the Apple Developer Program as an organisation since July 2026 – four months now. Enrollment ID: G7M5HB8UAX Case IDs: 103009024709 (latest), 102935334509 The enrolment is approved and my account shows "Pending – Purchase your membership", but the payment has been declined three times with no reason given. The card works normally everywhere else. I've stopped retrying so the account isn't flagged. I can't reach anyone to fix it: Two callbacks today: about 2 hours on hold each time, then the call was answered and immediately cut off. My support message has had no reply. Our iPhone app is ready and waiting only on this. Could someone from Developer Program Support tell me why the payment is declining, or offer another way to pay? Thank you

Individual Developer Enrollment Blocked by “An unknown error occurred” - No Response from Apple Support for 2 Weeks
Hello everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual developer, but I’m unable to complete the enrollment process because Apple displays the following error: “We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred.” Here is what I have done so far: Started the Apple Developer Program enrollment process as an individual. Reached the Review and Accept page for the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Accepted the agreement and clicked Continue. Received the error above, preventing me from completing enrollment. Contacted Apple Developer Support by email twice, but I have not received a resolution. My support case is listed under Membership and Account - Program Enrollment. My latest email was sent on October 29, 2026, and my earlier email was sent on October 23, 2026. It has now been approximately two weeks since I first contacted support, and I still cannot proceed. The phone support option is also unavailable to me. I am an individual developer, not an organization. I simply want to complete my enrollment so I can publish my app on the App Store. Has anyone experienced the same enrollment error, particularly after accepting the license agreement? If so, how did you resolve it? I would also appreciate guidance from an Apple Developer Support representative on whether this is an account-specific issue or a technical problem with the enrollment system, and how I can get my existing support case escalated. I have already followed the standard enrollment steps, so I would be grateful for a practical solution or an alternative way to complete enrollment. Thank you for your help.

Need help resetting my apple developer enrollment
Hello Apple, I need assistance resolving an incomplete Apple Developer Program enrolment. I previously attempted to enrol as an Individual using my existing Apple Account. I submitted my government-issued ID, proceeded through the enrolment process and reached the payment stage. However, the payment process became stuck. Unfortunately, I can no longer proceed. The Apple Developer app now displays the error: “Unable to Continue. Contact support at developer.apple.com/contact.” I have since obtained a D-U-N-S number for my registered company, and wish to enrol as an Organisation. I would therefore like to request: A reset or withdrawal of my incomplete Individual enrolment. Confirmation of whether my previously submitted identity verification was completed and remains associated with my Apple Account. Permission to proceed with Organisation enrolment using the same Apple Account and identity. I would appreciate escalation to the team responsible for Apple Developer Program enrolment. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked since 28 August 2026, no response from Developer Support for over a month (Case ID: 102973162608)
Hello Apple Developer Team, I am submitting this email because I have used every official support channel, and my enrollment issue is still unresolved. My emails have gone unanswered for over a month. What happened On 28 August 2026, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and got this error: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I contacted Developer Support the same day (Ticket: 20000149763302). On 31 August, I was told my trusted device or phone number was associated with an existing Developer or Enterprise account. I followed every step and removed my device and number from all developer accounts. I got no reply to my follow-up on 19 September, so I opened a new case on 23 September (Case ID: 102973162608). On 25 September, Support sent the same response and asked for my ID. I submitted my ID the same day and confirmed that my iPhone is not linked to any developer account. On 29 September, Support confirmed they had “made the necessary changes” to my account and asked me to continue with enrollment. The current problem On 30 September, I tried to enroll again. My national ID (CNIC) does not include a street number, so the system could not accept the address on it. I entered my postal address instead. After two or three attempts, my ID verification was rejected. I reported this right away. On 3 October, Support replied with the same trusted-device message as before, even though that issue had already been resolved on 29 September. I replied the same day and explained that this is a different problem. No response since then I followed up on 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 12 and 28 October with no reply. On 30 October, I submitted another ticket (Ticket: 103011417221). I have also called Apple Support about six times and used chat support three or four times. Each time I was told: “We have no direct link to the Developer team. You must contact them by email.” But the Developer team does not reply to email, so I have no way forward. Impact My app is fully developed and ready to launch. I have already invested in marketing, and I am more than a month past my planned release date. Every day of delay adds to my financial loss. My request I am ready to provide any verification Apple needs, including identity documents, proof of address or anything else. Please: Review Case ID 102973162608 and Ticket 103011417221 Resolve my ID and address verification issue Reply with a clear status or the next steps Thank you, Shaher Yar

Codex Unavailable in Xcode 26.3 Despite Apple Intelligence Being Enabled
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with the OpenAI integration in Xcode 26.3. When I navigate to Xcode → Settings → Intelligence → OpenAI, Codex is marked as "Unavailable", and I cannot download or enable it. My configuration: macOS: 26.7.2 Xcode: 26.3 Apple Intelligence: Enabled ChatGPT Plus subscription: Active ChatGPT in Xcode: Available and working Claude integration: Available and can be downloaded normally Codex: Unavailable I've attached a screenshot showing the issue. I'm wondering why Codex is unavailable while Claude works without any problems, despite Apple Intelligence being enabled. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Could this be related to regional restrictions, compatibility requirements, or an Xcode bug? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Individual enrollment – Turkish ID rejected, Enroll button disabled, no reply to case 103008001516 (Türkiye)
Hello, I am an individual developer from Türkiye trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. What happened: On October 25, I started an Individual enrollment in the Apple Developer app. I scanned clear photos of the front and back of my Turkish national ID card (T.C. Kimlik Kartı). Shortly after, the status changed to "ID Verification Rejected" and the Enroll button became disabled. I cannot retry verification or start a new enrollment. I opened support case 103008001516 the same day. I only received the automatic confirmation, and my follow-up reply has not been answered either. Details: Region: Türkiye Enrollment type: Individual Document submitted: Turkish national ID card Two-factor authentication: enabled VPN: not used I have not created any other Apple Accounts or enrollments. Possible cause: my name contains a Turkish character (ü). My ID shows "SÜLEYMAN" on the front and "SULEYMAN" in the machine-readable zone on the back. I suspect a name mismatch may have caused the rejection. What I am asking: Could my case be routed to the enrollment / identity verification team for a manual review? Should my Apple Account name use the Turkish spelling or the Latin spelling from the ID's machine-readable zone? I am happy to provide any documents Apple requires. I am not asking to bypass verification, only for a supported way to complete it. Thank you, Süleyman
