All development installs fail with 0xe8008018 — online authorization (PPQ) returns REJECT_PROFILE for my paid team
I'm a paid Apple Developer Program member. Apple Developer Support confirmed by phone that my account has no restrictions, but every development-signed app I install on my registered iPhone is rejected. Environment iPhone 17 Pro,1, iOS 27.0 (24A435), Developer Mode enabled Device registered and enabled in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles Signed with Apple Development certificates (issuer: WWDR G3), iOS App Development profiles Error ApplicationVerificationFailed 0xe8008018: The identity used to sign the executable is no longer valid. On the device: "This app was not installed because its integrity could not be verified." Device log during installation installd(libmis): Performing online authorization. online-auth-agent: The server returned: {"actions":["REJECT_PROFILE"],"authorized":false,...} online-auth-agent: Permanently rejected profile: <hash, <profile UUID installd(libmis): No online authorization (0x2) installd(libmis): validation failed because of failing online authorization (-402620392)What I've ruled out Not certificate revocation: trustd reports OCSP status revoked=0 definitive=1 for the whole chain. Not app-specific: a brand-new, empty test app with a newly created App ID and a newly created development profile fails identically. Not certificate-specific: same result with two different Apple Development certificates, each in its own freshly generated profile (three profiles in total, all rejected). The provisioning profiles contain the device UDID and the signing certificate, and the app's entitlements are a subset of the profile's. Questions Under what conditions does the online authorization service return REJECT_PROFILE / authorized:false for a paid team whose account shows no restrictions? Is this a known issue with iOS 27 and development profiles? Since the device marks each profile as "permanently rejected", how can I restore authorization for my team on this device once the cause is fixed?

App Store Connect – “Bank key doesn’t exist” Error
Hello Apple Support Team, I am unable to add my bank account in App Store Connect. At the final submission step, I consistently receive the error “Bank key doesn’t exist,” which prevents me from saving my banking information. I selected my bank and branch directly from Apple’s bank search list. My banking details are correct, but the error persists. The selected bank record is: Bank: Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS Branch location: Batman, Batman, Türkiye Bank/branch code displayed by Apple: 0067 01088 072 My Paid Apps Agreement remains in “Pending User Info” status because I cannot complete the banking setup. Could you please investigate whether the selected bank/branch record has a missing or mismatched bank key in your system and help me complete the setup? Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Ahmet Mert KORKUT

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck on Pending – Multiple Order Acknowledgements and New Enrollment
Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck on Pending – Multiple Order Acknowledgements I'm having ongoing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I initially enrolled through the Apple Developer website because enrollment through the Apple Developer app wasn't working. My enrollment remained in Pending status for more than a week, despite attempting the purchase multiple times. I received three separate order acknowledgement emails, but all three contained the same Order ID. However, my membership was never activated, and I couldn't proceed to App Store Connect. After waiting more than a week without a resolution, I withdrew my initial enrollment and started a new one. I'm still concerned that there might be an issue with my Apple Account or something preventing my enrollment from being processed correctly. Has anyone experienced something similar? Could the previous withdrawn enrollment or repeated purchase acknowledgements be affecting the new application? I'd appreciate any advice, especially from anyone who has managed to resolve this issue. I can provide my enrollment IDs if needed.

Problems with registering for the Apple Developer Program.
Hello. I'm having trouble registering as a Developer. According to the Apple Developers website, on the registration tab, I'm listed as a minor. But in my country "Nicaragua", the age of majority is 18. I am currently 19 years old. I need to use the Apple Wallet API as soon as possible, but I didn't expect to have this problem so suddenly. If anyone could help me, I submitted a report and they sent me to the Feedback Assistant.

iOS App Stuck in Waiting for Review for 10 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / App Review Team, My first iOS app, **PlanB: Dating, Social & Plans**, has remained in Waiting for Review since **October 13, 2026**. Submission ID: **28c83367-dd0b-4a22-b244-149277121d0d** The submission includes the iOS app version and associated in-app purchases and subscriptions. All submitted items continue to show Waiting for Review as of October 23, 2026. I have already submitted an expedited review request through the official portal and raised a support ticket, but I have not received any response or any indication that the review has started. This **delay is blocking the planned launch of my app** which is planned on 27Oct. I understand that review timelines can vary, and I am ready to provide any additional information or resolve any issues immediately. Could you please: - Confirm whether my expedited review request has been received and considered. - Confirm whether any information, agreement, or other requirement is preventing the review from starting. - Escalate the submission for review or advise me on the appropriate next step. I would appreciate any clarification on the status of this submission. Regards, PlanB Developer

Xcode SwiftUI Preview Not Changing Device Appearance
Hello, I'm having an issue with SwiftUI Preview in Xcode. When I switch between different iPhone models, including iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone Air, and iPhone Duo, the selected device name changes, but the actual device appearance and preview dimensions remain exactly the same. This happens in all SwiftUI projects, including newly created ones. I've tried reinstalling Xcode, clearing DerivedData and caches, and even performing a clean macOS installation, but the issue still persists. - macOS 27.0.1 - Xcode 27.2 Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution? Thank you!

Can’t receive Apple Account verification codes on phone numbers – error -28248 (Case ID 30000007200849)
Hi, I'm an enrolled Apple Developer Program member. My membership is approved and I've already submitted my app for App Review, but I can no longer sign in to my Apple Account because two-factor verification codes can't be delivered. What happens: Sign-in with SMS fails with error -28248: "Verification codes can't be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later." Account Recovery (adding a phone number to receive instructions) returns the same -28248 error, even with a second number on a different carrier. The account flags show it isn't locked (securityCodeLocked: false, tooManyCodesSent: false), so this looks like an SMS delivery problem to +880 numbers rather than an account lock. I don't have a trusted Apple device signed in to this Apple Account, so I can't use "Get Verification Code". I opened a Developer Support case on November 6, 2026: Case ID: 30000007200849 (Membership and Account → Account Access) Because of this I can't respond to App Review or manage my app in App Store Connect. If anyone from Apple can look at this case, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program payment completed, but membership still not activated after weeks – Duplicate enrollment issue
I'm posting here because I've been trying to resolve an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue for several weeks, and despite contacting Apple Developer Support multiple times, my membership is still not activated. I would appreciate any advice from Apple staff or developers who have experienced something similar. What happened – Timeline October 2, 2026 – Initial account setup I signed the Apple Developer Agreement and started the enrollment process. October 9, 2026 – Initial enrollment I received a reminder from Apple to complete the purchase of my Apple Developer Program membership. October 15, 2026 – Payment and enrollment problems I attempted to purchase the annual Apple Developer Program membership ($99). My initial payment attempt was declined by my bank's fraud protection because the transaction originated from another country. I contacted my bank, confirmed that the transaction was legitimate, and authorized the payment. However, when I tried to proceed again, Apple's system returned a "duplicate order" error, preventing me from completing the enrollment. I contacted Apple Developer Support and explained the situation. October 16, 2026 – Order and invoice An Apple Store order was generated for the annual Apple Developer Program membership: Order: D005362697 Invoice: MD20633085 Amount: $99 I received Apple's order confirmation and invoice receipt. October 20–21, 2026 – Support case opened I contacted Apple Developer Support through the official contact form. My request was registered under a support case. October 23, 2026 – Apple confirms payment is linked to my original enrollment This is probably the most important part of the entire case. A Developer Support representative (Pallavi) reviewed my account and explicitly confirmed: "My payment is linked to my old enrollment." Apple asked me to confirm whether I wanted to keep the original enrollment instead of creating a new one. I immediately confirmed that I wanted to keep the original enrollment associated with my payment and asked Apple to complete and activate it. I also clarified that I did not need the newer enrollment. October 22–November 2 – Additional enrollment and support complications A newer enrollment was created with a different enrollment ID. Following the instructions I received while trying to resolve the duplicate-order issue, this newer enrollment was withdrawn. Apple subsequently sent confirmation that the newer enrollment had been withdrawn. On November 2, I also submitted another support request through Apple's central Program Enrollment contact form, which generated a second support case. November 2–3 – Apple asks whether I intentionally withdrew my enrollment A different support representative (Cheryl) contacted me and asked whether withdrawing the enrollment had been intentional. I explained everything again: I intentionally withdrew the newer enrollment because I was instructed to do so to resolve the duplicate-order problem. I do NOT want a new enrollment. I want Apple to activate my original enrollment, which is associated with my $99 payment. My account still displays "Purchase your membership", despite the existing order and payment. I also asked Apple to consolidate both support cases so that the issue would not be handled as two unrelated requests. I asked for a telephone number I could call from Greece, since the website only appeared to offer email support. November 6 – Still unresolved After weeks of waiting, repeated explanations, and multiple support interactions, I still had no resolution. I sent another message expressing my frustration and asking Apple to simply activate the Developer Program membership associated with my existing payment. As of November 7, 2026, my issue remains unresolved. The actual problem What I cannot understand is: Apple has an existing order and invoice for the $99 Apple Developer Program membership. Apple Developer Support explicitly confirmed that the payment is linked to my original enrollment. Apple asked me whether I wanted to keep that original enrollment, and I explicitly confirmed that I did. The newer enrollment was withdrawn intentionally to avoid the duplicate-order problem. Despite all this, my Apple Developer account continues to display "Purchase your membership". Nobody has actually activated the original enrollment or provided a concrete technical explanation for why this cannot be done. What I need from Apple I am NOT asking for a new membership, a second charge, or a transfer of payment to another account. I simply want Apple to: Locate the original enrollment associated with my existing $99 payment. Correct the enrollment/payment status in its system. Activate my original Apple Developer Program membership. Confirm that I can access the Developer Program benefits without having to pay again. Is there a reliable way to contact Apple Developer Support by phone from Greece or Europe? I've already spent weeks trying to resolve something that should theoretically be a straightforward account/payment synchronization issue. I would really appreciate any help, especially from someone at Apple who can investigate this beyond the standard support responses. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Failed
Hi, I have been trying to enroll for the Apple Developer Program for 2-3 weeks now, I have even sent in previous cases/emails for this same issue. The issue in my situation is that the payment for the Apple Developer Program is not even being authorized. No matter what credit card I use or what device I try from (mobile, laptop, desktop), I always get the same issue of the payment not being authorized. I have even created new apple accounts to try and purchase the program on there, but I still get the same problem of the failed transaction. When I went to check my credit card transaction history and with the card company, I was notified of the payment not even being on the card's history (completed or failed). The issue is not of the card(s), but of the website not even processing the payment I try to make. How can I get enrolled for the Developer Program with my current situation? Can someone please help enroll me?

Xcode 27.1 built app does not update SwiftUI views correctly on iOS 15.8 devices
I have encountered a possible compatibility issue with apps built using Xcode 27.1 and running on iOS 15.8 devices. Development environment Xcode 27.1 macOS 27.2 Build Configuration: Debug iOS Deployment Target: 15.8 Test device iPhone 7 iOS 15.8 Observed behavior When running an app built with Xcode 27.1 on an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8, button interactions sometimes fail to update the user interface. The button press animation is displayed, indicating that the button is being interacted with. However, the expected UI state changes are sometimes not reflected, even after repeated taps. This behavior affects multiple buttons, rather than a single specific button. Comparison An IPA built with Xcode 26.2 works correctly on the same iPhone 7. An IPA built with Xcode 27.1 exhibits the UI update problem. The app runs correctly in the Xcode 27.1 Simulator. Question Is there a known compatibility issue in Xcode 27.1, its Swift compiler, or the iOS SDK that could cause SwiftUI UI updates to fail on iOS 15 devices? Although iOS 15.8 is available as a deployment target, I would like to know whether apps built with Xcode 27.1 are expected to work correctly on iOS 15 devices. Has anyone encountered similar behavior?

请求更新 Xcode 26.3 的模拟器程序
在通用架构版本 Xcode 26.3 中,在 Storyboard/Xib、表情键盘和配套的模拟器 iOS 26.2 (23C57) SDK + iOS 26.3.1 (23D8133) Simulator 中存在BUG,无法显示 emoji 表情图案。 虽然现在已经有了更新版本,但是 Xcode 26.3 是 macOS Sequoia 最后支持的版本,也就是有一批设备无法更新 Xcode 软件,只能使用 Xcode 26.3 版本,所以请求官方能修复此问题。 由于更新策略,2019年的苹果电脑最高只能升级到 macOS Sequoia 系统。 从控制台日志来看,不能显示 emoji 表情的 BUG 仅仅是因为缺少 AppleColorEmoji.ttc 和 hapticpatternlibrary.plist 文件。看上去是模拟器的问题,仅更新模拟器镜像文件应该就能修复吧。 FontParser could not open filePath /Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Volumes/iOS_23D8133/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Profiles/Runtimes/iOS 26.3.simruntime/Contents/Resources/RuntimeRoot/System/Library/Fonts/Core/AppleColorEmoji.ttc: [2: No such file or directory] <_UIKBFeedbackGenerator: 0x60000351f700>: Error creating CHHapticPattern: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=260 "未能打开文件“hapticpatternlibrary.plist”,因为它不存在。" UserInfo={NSFilePath=/Library/Audio/Tunings/Generic/Haptics/Library/hapticpatternlibrary.plist, NSURL=file:///Library/Audio/Tunings/Generic/Haptics/Library/hapticpatternlibrary.plist, NSUnderlyingError=0x600000d29bc0 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=2 "No such file or directory"}}

Xcode 27 marks an existing project as locked; Unlock requests missing project.xcproj
On Xcode 27 with macOS 27.0.1, I observed Xcode marking an existing project as locked because its file supposedly did not exist. The project used the traditional project.pbxproj format. That file existed, parsed successfully, was readable, and had no filesystem lock flags. Command-line builds succeeded, but the editor continued to show the lock warning. Selecting Unlock produced this error: The file “project.xcproj” could not be unlocked. Could not find the file. There was no project.xcproj in that PBX-format project. A separate minimal iOS project also reproduced the same missing-file lock warning. That sample contains one application target, a minimal Swift source file, and signing disabled. This reproduction suggests the warning is not specific to the main application's source or extensions. These observations were recorded on 10 October 2026. I have not retested the sample today. Apple Developer Technical Support directed me to post the issue here. Is this a known project-lock tracking issue involving the alternative project filenames? What supported diagnostic evidence would help establish why Xcode reports the project as locked, and is there a supported workaround that preserves the existing project format? A standalone reproduction was prepared during the investigation. I can arrange to share it after checking the files for public release.

Blocked on Developer Enrollment: "ID Verification Rejected" on iPhone & Payment Freeze on iPad
Hi everyone, I am completely stuck trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and could really use some community insight or advice on how to get this resolved. I'm facing two major technical roadblocks across different devices: "ID Verification Rejected" (iPhone 14 Pro Max): My verification attempt in the Apple Developer app was rejected. The status is currently stuck on "ID Verification Rejected," and the option to retry or re-upload my ID is completely grayed out/inactive. Payment Step Freezing (iPad): When I tried to complete the enrollment process using my iPad instead, the system completely freezes at the payment step and does not let me process the transaction. I have already submitted a support ticket to Apple Developer Support regarding the rejection and enrollment issues, but I have not received any response yet. Has anyone experienced this double-blocker before? Is there any workaround to force reset the verification status, or do I just have to wait for Apple Support to clear it manually? Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

ID Verification Rejected in Apple Developer App – Support Ticket Unanswered
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment/verification process. In the Apple Developer iOS app under the Account tab, my status currently shows "ID Verification Rejected".image.png Here is what I have done so far: I submitted a support ticket to Apple Developer Support regarding this rejection, but I have not received a reply or resolution yet.image.png The button/option to re-upload my ID or restart the verification process in the app is grayed out/inactive.image.png Has anyone encountered this issue recently? Is there any specific step I can take to reset the verification process, or is waiting for Developer Support the only option? Any advice on how to escalate this or speed up the resolution would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Rejected Due to Blurry ID, Re-application Button Blocked & Support Silent
Hi everyone, I tried enrolling in the Apple Developer Program recently, but my application was unfortunately rejected—most likely because the ID photo I uploaded was slightly blurry. Now, I'm stuck: the re-application button/option in my account is blocked or unavailable, and I cannot submit a new or corrected verification. I've already reached out to Apple Developer Support via email, but I haven't received a response yet. Has anyone experienced this enrollment lock after a photo rejection? How can I reset or unlock the application process to re-upload my documents, or is there a direct way to get Apple Support to manually review or reopen my case?

Xcode Canvas preview displays identical screen layout and modern frame across all iPhone models
Hello, I'm facing an issue with the Xcode Canvas preview (#Preview). No matter which device model I select from the destination list (e.g., switching between iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 16, or iPhone 18 Pro Max), the preview rendering remains completely identical. It shows the exact same physical frame (with a Dynamic Island) and the layout dimensions don't adjust to reflect the different screen sizes or notch styles of older devices.

Apple Developer Program – Payment Invoiced, but Membership Still Pending After 7 Days
Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m writing because I’ve been waiting for my Apple Developer Program membership to be activated, and my enrollment status is still showing as “Pending.” I completed my purchase on October 30, 2026, and received an official invoice from Apple confirming my order. However, as of November 6, 2026, my membership has still not been activated, and I haven't received any clear information about the reason for the delay. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and received a case number, but I am still waiting for a response. This delay is preventing me from testing and distributing an iOS application that I am developing. I would appreciate any advice from the community: Is it normal for Apple Developer Program enrollment to remain pending for over a week after payment? How long does activation usually take? Is there any way to to escalate the issue or request a faster review? Has anyone experienced a similar situation? I would really appreciate an update or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help!

在通用架构版本 Xcode 26.3 中,在 Storyboard/Xib、表情键盘和配套的模拟器 iOS 26.2 (23C57) SDK + iOS 26.3.1 (23D8133) Simulator 中存在BUG,无法显示 emoji 表情图案。 虽然现在已经有了更新版本,但是 Xcode 26.3 是 macOS Sequoia 最后支持的版本,也就是有一批设备无法更新 Xcode 软件,只能使用 Xcode 26.3 版本,所以请求官方能修复此问题。 由于更新策略,2019年的苹果电脑最高只能升级到 macOS Sequoia 系统。 从控制台日志来看,不能显示 emoji 表情的 BUG 仅仅是因为缺少 AppleColorEmoji.ttc 和 hapticpatternlibrary.plist 文件。看上去是模拟器的问题,仅更新模拟器镜像文件应该就能修复吧。 FontParser could not open filePath /Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Volumes/iOS_23D8133/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Profiles/Runtimes/iOS 26.3.simruntime/Contents/Resources/RuntimeRoot/System/Library/Fonts/Core/AppleColorEmoji.ttc: [2: No such file or directory] <_UIKBFeedbackGenerator: 0x60000351f700>: Error creating CHHapticPattern: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=260 "未能打开文件“hapticpatternlibrary.plist”,因为它不存在。" UserInfo={NSFilePath=/Library/Audio/Tunings/Generic/Haptics/Library/hapticpatternlibrary.plist, NSURL=file:///Library/Audio/Tunings/Generic/Haptics/Library/hapticpatternlibrary.plist, NSUnderlyingError=0x600000d29bc0 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=2 "No such file or directory"}}
