Organization enrollment pending since October 14 — no response to support case
Hello, Our company, Vinova Lab AI Solutions FZCO (United Arab Emirates), submitted an Apple Developer Program enrollment as an organization on October 14, 2026. We received the confirmation email saying Apple would verify my authority to bind the organization, and nothing since. Enrollment ID: RTV2USJA62 Support Case ID: 103007089450 D-U-N-S Number: 851154066 (created October 13, verified by D&B through the national registry) I am the founder and majority owner (75%) of the company. I followed up by email on October 24 and October 30 with no reply, and the phone callback option for Program Enrollment is currently unavailable. We have not received any request for additional documents. Could someone from Developer Program Support check the status of this enrollment or let us know if anything is missing? Thank you

Impossible to enroll in apple developer program
I write this after 3 weeks trying to enroll in the program. From the developer App I was required to verify my identity with my driver’s license, very weird since I am from Spain and normal verification is with the id card. it said that it was unable to verify my identity and redirects me to web where it says “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I contacted support but they answered without solving the issue, and after several days waiting for a response. They have a bug which need to be scaled to the proper team but how I can contact them if phone calls are unavailable and email support looks generic, slow and inefficient?

Program enrollment issue, no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Apple Developer Program and would really appreciate any advice. I was charged $99 USD for the membership and received the confirmation email saying it would be processed within 2 business days. However, I still don’t have access to the membership, and nothing has been activated on my account. What makes it worse — I’ve already tried contacting Apple support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response at all. So right now I’m stuck: payment went through, but no membership and no support response. Has anyone faced this before? Did your membership eventually activate on its own? Is there any way to actually reach Apple support (chat, phone, anything that works)? Should I escalate this somehow or request a refund through my bank? Any advice would really help — I feel like I’m just shouting into the void at this point. Thanks 🙏

Charged twice for the Developer Program, enrollment still pending after 2 weeks, no reply from support
Hi everyone, I am hoping someone here can help, or that an Apple moderator can point me in the right direction, because I am completely stuck. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on July 3 (order D004987225, $99). The enrollment stayed "Pending", so a few days later, on July 6, I ended up with a second order for the same one-year membership (order D004995789, another $99). So I have now been charged twice, $198 total, for a single membership — and to this day the enrollment is still not active. I have contacted Apple Developer Support almost every day since then. I get no real answer. A couple of days ago someone finally opened a refund request for me and promised a phone callback, but the call never came, and after that it went quiet again. At this point I don't even mind which way it gets fixed — either activate my membership and refund the duplicate charge, or refund both and let me start over. I just need a human at Apple to actually look at it. Has anyone been through the same thing — double charge and a stuck "Pending" enrollment? How did you finally get someone to respond? And if any Apple staff sees this, I can share my Case ID and order numbers privately. Thanks in advance.

No response to Case 103008202171 since October 25 — cannot enroll in Apple Developer Program
Hello, I opened support case 103008202171 on October 25, but I still have not received any email response or update. I also called Apple Support, but they told me they could not help and that Developer Support only communicates by email. My issue: • The “Enroll Now” button is disabled in the Apple Developer app. • On the website, I get this error: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I also have a question about my account country. My Apple account country is set to the United States because my RedotPay card only works when the store country is set to the USA. However, I am Tunisian, I live in Tunisia, and my trusted phone number is a Tunisian number. For a personal Apple Developer account, can I keep the United States as my account/store country because of the RedotPay card, and then provide only Tunisian identity and residence documents during verification? Or will this cause a problem with enrollment? Please check my case and let me know what I should do. Thank you.

CoreSimulatorService cannot obtain removable-volume TCC consent for external APFS simulator device set
Environment Mac mini with Apple M4 macOS 26.7.2 (build 25G332) Xcode 26.6 CoreSimulatorService 1051.55 External USB SSD formatted as APFS, mounted read/write, with ownership enabled Source simulator: iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.5, shut down Issue I am attempting to preserve a shutdown simulator using the supported simctl clone operation, with the destination CoreSimulator device set located on an external APFS SSD. Command form: xcrun simctl clone <source-UDID> "<preserved-device-name>" "/Volumes/<external-volume>/<device-set-path>" The destination directory is owned by the logged-in user and has ordinary writable POSIX permissions. The volume is mounted read/write with ownership enabled. No restrictive ACL entries or file flags were found on the destination directories. Observed result simctl reports: NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=22: Device was allocated but was stuck in creation state. CoreSimulator records the preceding data-clone failure as: NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=513 Underlying NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=1 Operation not permitted The temporary destination simulator entered the Creating state and CoreSimulator automatically rolled it back. At the same timestamp, unified logging attributes the rejected external-volume write to com.apple.CoreSimulator.CoreSimulatorService, rather than to simctl. The TCC and sandbox sequence shows: A check for kTCCServiceSystemPolicyAllFiles. A check for kTCCServiceSystemPolicyRemovableVolumes. Removable-volume access requiring a TCC prompt. Prompting being denied because the requesting CoreSimulatorService is an Apple platform binary. Launch Services being unable to create an application record for the CoreSimulatorService XPC bundle. No consent prompt was displayed. CoreSimulatorService's Info.plist contains an NSRemovableVolumesUsageDescription string specifically describing access when a simulator device set is configured on external storage. This is a development-tool/service issue; no application project or third-party framework is involved. Expected result CoreSimulatorService should either present or arrange the supported removable-volume consent workflow, or use a documented user-controlled Files & Folders permission that allows an external device set. Questions What is the supported procedure for granting SystemPolicyRemovableVolumes access to com.apple.CoreSimulator.CoreSimulatorService when the Apple platform XPC service cannot display the consent prompt? Should CoreSimulatorService appear in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders with a Removable Volumes switch? Is cloning into an external APFS CoreSimulator device set supported with Xcode 26.6 on macOS 26.7.2? Is there a supported way to initiate the operation so consent is attributed to Xcode or another user-facing Apple process? Is the Launch Services application-record failure expected, or is this a known CoreSimulator/TCC issue with an available fix? I have not edited the TCC database, reset privacy decisions, granted broad Full Disk Access, disabled security controls, changed permissions, removed extended attributes, manually copied protected simulator records, or retried using an unsupported filesystem workaround. I can provide focused, redacted CoreSimulator, sandboxd, and tccd excerpts privately if an Apple engineer requests them.

Program Enrollment Pending
Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending Since October 18 – No Response from Support Despite Multiple Cases I am posting here because I have been unable to get any response from Apple Developer Support regarding my paid Apple Developer Program enrollment. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on October 18, 2026, and paid the required US$99 membership fee. My bank was charged, and I received the order confirmation. On October 19, Apple contacted me requesting additional identity verification because the country associated with my passport did not match my enrollment region (Saudi Arabia). I followed Apple's instructions and submitted my passport through the secure upload link. I subsequently submitted my valid Saudi National ID (Iqama) as additional proof of identity when requested. Since then, my membership has remained pending. My support history I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times: Case ID: 103004290871 – Original identity verification case. Case ID: 103004174844 – Program Purchase and Renewal (October 27 and October 31). Case ID: 103016454605 – Program Enrollment (November 2). Despite these multiple support requests, I have received absolutely no response from Apple — not even an automated acknowledgement or confirmation that someone is reviewing my cases. I understand that identity verification may require additional time. I am not demanding immediate approval. However, I believe a customer who has paid for the program and submitted all requested documents deserves at least a basic status update. What I need Apple to clarify Has my Saudi National ID/Iqama been received and reviewed? Is my identity verification still pending, or is there an issue with my documents? Is my US$99 payment successfully associated with my enrollment? Is any additional information required from me? If Apple cannot approve my enrollment, why am I not receiving a decision or explanation? I am developing an iOS application for an existing company workforce attendance system. The iOS version is ready for the next stage of testing, and I need my Developer Program membership to proceed with TestFlight distribution. My concern is no longer just the enrollment delay. It is the complete absence of communication from Apple Developer Support despite multiple support cases. I would appreciate assistance from an Apple Developer Support representative or anyone who has experienced and successfully resolved a similar enrollment issue. Thank you.

Organization membership expired – no Renew button anywhere (Team ID AW84BGPX82)
Hello, Our organization's Apple Developer Program membership (Team ID: AW84BGPX82) expired on October 25, 2026. I am signed in as the Account Holder. Last year we renewed through the Apple Developer app on iPhone without any problem. This year there is no Renew button in the Apple Developer app, on the developer website, or under Subscriptions in iPhone Settings. The account, the payment card and all agreements are valid. We contacted Developer Support by email but have not received a response yet. Phone support in our country could not help. Could someone from Apple please help us renew our existing membership? We do not want to create a new account. Thank you.

Unable to Update Developer Account Details or Convert to Organization After Renewal — Support Not Responding
Hello, I recently renewed and paid for my Apple Developer Program membership (after 10 years of pause), expecting that I would be able to update my outdated account information and convert my Individual membership to an Organization membership. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to make these changes. Here's the situation: My developer account is registered under my previous legal name and address, which I need to update. I want to convert my Individual membership to an Organization membership for my registered company. App Store Connect does not allow me to make these changes directly and instructs me to contact Apple Developer Support. I've already submitted two support requests 4 days ago and 2 days ago, but neither has received a response. There is no live chat or phone support available to me. The frustrating part is that I've just paid for the membership, but I cannot update my account details or complete the conversion needed to publish my new app under my company. Could someone from the Apple Developer Team please advise how to escalate this issue or reach the team responsible for membership updates and organization conversions? Has anyone in the community experienced a similar situation and found a way to get support? One last question, once I update to business profile, can I add my friend also as admin with same rights? I've added him now, but he can't add app or do anything important. Permssions are full. Thank you.

Payment charged (1,029 TL, Oct 18) but enrollment still Pending after 16 days
I paid the Apple Developer Program fee on October 18, 2026 and received an official invoice. The charge is on my bank statement. My account still shows "Pending" and "Purchase your membership", and the page asks me to pay again. I have not paid twice. I have 3 open support cases: 103001584468, 103008924577, 103017634303. Apple Support's general advisors told me they cannot help with Developer Program issues, and my emails have had no reply for 16 days. Could Apple Developer Support please link my payment to my enrollment and activate my membership? Has anyone had this resolved, and how long did it take?

XCUISiriService activation refused with “No network” in iOS 26.5 Simulator
I am seeking a supported public diagnostic or prerequisite for a standalone Siri UI test. Feedback: FB25377231. Developer Technical Support directed this question to the forums. Environment: Mac mini (2024), Apple M4, 32 GB, native arm64 macOS 26.7.2 (25G332) Xcode 26.6 (17F113), iOS Simulator SDK 26.5 iPhone 17 Pro Simulator; the original test's xcresult identifies iOS 26.5 (23F73) Classic Siri, en-GB A small test-host project compiled and ran one selected XCTest case. Its core public API call was: XCUIDevice.shared.siriService.activate( voiceRecognitionText: "What is two plus two?" )The exact recognition text reached the testing activation path, but SpringBoard logged: No network. Not starting the request for SASRequestSourceTestingNo arithmetic answer appeared during the configured 30-second wait. This was observed once; a repeatable frequency is not established. This reproducer has no product app, app-specific Siri intent, or CarPlay integration. In the original Simulator test runner, the first unconstrained NWPathMonitor callback was satisfied, with en0/wiredEthernet, but supportsIPv4, supportsIPv6, and supportsDNS were all false. Default-route SCNetworkReachability samples reported reachable. A separate, later diagnostic used the same simulated device with the installed iOS 26.5 (23F77) runtime. Identical public Foundation/Network helpers on the host and Simulator each issued one URLSession HEAD request to: https://www.apple.com/library/test/success.html Both received HTTP 200. The Simulator helper's initial path callback again reported satisfied with IPv4/IPv6/DNS capability flags false. This proves a response only for that helper/API/URL/time. It does not prove that the flags stayed false, that a fresh DNS lookup occurred, that Siri endpoints were reachable, or that the earlier 23F73 failure had the same cause. A setup confounder may matter: additional iOS platform support, including runtime 23F77, was installed while the original 23F73 Simulator remained booted. The arithmetic test ran afterward but still reported 23F73 in xcresult. The later HTTPS control ran separately on 23F77. There has been no further Siri activation. What supported Simulator/XCUISiriService prerequisite or public diagnostic can distinguish the cause of this specific request-start refusal? Is it expected for this configuration, a known issue, or evidence of an unmet prerequisite? The complete original results and a minimal test-host project are retained. Selected evidence and source are already attached to FB25377231; the same material can be supplied privately to DTS. I am seeking a supported approach rather than private preferences, service overrides, or repeated test requests.

Apple Developer Membership active but App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired” after renewal
Apple Developer Membership expired on 2026-10-15, renewed on 2026-10-17 23:11 (UTC+8) Till 2026-10-19 10:00 AM (UTC+8), App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired”, and my app has not been recovered as available on App Store now. According to https://developer.apple.com/help/account/membership/renewal/, "If you renew after your membership expires, your renewal will activate when you complete the renewal process and any free apps you had available for download will become available again within 24 hours.", my app should be available within 24 hours. Below are the similar issues, https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/843016 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/841607 I hope Apple Developer Support can apply the same fix to my account. Thank you.

Urgent: Apple Developer Program renewal button missing — no response from Support (Case ID: 103009169435)
I am extremely frustrated with how this situation is being handled. My Apple Developer Program membership is due to expire on November 6, 2026. However, there is no option to renew it. The "Renew Membership" button is missing from both the Apple Developer website and the Apple Developer app. I contacted Apple Developer Support well in advance and opened a support case (Case ID: 103009169435), but I still haven't received any meaningful response or solution. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time it has happened. Last year, my membership also failed to renew automatically, and I had to go through a lengthy support process to resolve the same issue. I have checked the available instructions and renewal options, but there is simply no way for me to complete the payment. Phone support is also not available for my region. This is particularly concerning for developers who rely on their published apps being available on the App Store. Once the membership expires, users may no longer be able to download those apps. I am not asking for anything unusual. I simply want to pay the annual $99 membership fee and renew my existing account. It is unacceptable that a developer can be left without any way to renew their membership, while support requests remain unanswered and the expiration date approaches. Could someone from Apple Developer Support please review Case ID 103009169435 and help resolve this issue? I would really appreciate an actual response and a practical solution, rather than being redirected to the same instructions that do not work.

Can't enroll my developer progarm
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program on behalf of my company, but I cannot proceed. On the website, immediately after clicking “Enroll,” I receive this message: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” The Apple Developer app also indicates that enrollment is not available for this Apple Account. I have confirmed that my Apple Account contains my correct legal first and last name, complete address, and current phone number. Two-factor authentication is enabled. Could you please review my account and explain what is preventing enrollment? Please let me know what steps I need to take to complete the process. If additional identity verification is required, I’m happy to provide the necessary information through a secure support channel. Thank you.

Request to change my Developer Forums username from "espressif" to "Ammar Amjawala"
Hello Forums team, My Developer Forums username is currently "espressif" (https://developer.apple.com/forums/profile/espressif). It was set to my company's name when this account first signed in to the forums. I post as an individual engineer, and a company name as the author is misleading to other readers. Could you please change it to "Ammar Amjawala"? If spaces are not allowed, "Ammar_Amjawala" is fine. The account has one post so far, a reply in https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/849249 (FB24932647). Thank you, Ammar Amjawala ESP RainMaker QA, Espressif Systems

Thank you.
