41 Days of Apple Developer Enrollment — I Feel Like an Unpaid Tester
I am now 41 days into enrolling my U.S. LLC in the Apple Developer Program, and I am beyond frustrated. I am angry. My enrollment was already approved on October 9, but I still cannot pay the $99 membership fee or publish my applications. Timeline Sep 24: Submitted organization enrollment. Oct 1–9: Repeated support requests, document submissions, and manual identity verification. Finally approved on October 9. Oct 9–15: Payment failed with multiple cards. My banks confirmed Apple never sent authorization requests. Oct 15: Apple instructed me to restart enrollment through the Developer app. Identity verification then failed, despite the same passport having passed manual verification. Oct 15–26: Submitted screenshots, screen recordings, and diagnostic information. Followed up nine times without receiving a meaningful response. Oct 21–22: Tried phone support and the Developer Forums. Apple reset enrollment, but the same verification error persisted. Oct 26: A new advisor suggested returning to website enrollment — where the original payment problem occurred. Oct 28: Support said the case had been escalated to Engineering. Nov 2–3: Still being asked to reinstall the app, update devices, and adjust camera positioning. Tried everything on two devices. Same error. My frustration At this point, I feel more like an unpaid tester for Apple's enrollment system than a customer trying to purchase a developer membership. I have followed every troubleshooting instruction, often responding the same day. Yet Apple provides no findings, no concrete solution, and no estimated resolution date. Worse, the communication process itself is unacceptable. I reply to an email, wait several days or even a week, and receive another basic troubleshooting instruction. I am left stranded while my business and product launches remain blocked. What I am asking Apple I am not asking to bypass any verification requirements. I need Apple to take ownership and provide a concrete resolution. Please restore my previously approved enrollment, provide manual identity verification, or fix the underlying payment issue. I also request direct communication with someone who can actually coordinate a resolution — by phone or video call if necessary — rather than continuing this endless email cycle. After 41 days, I need a solution and a realistic timeline, not another round of troubleshooting. I can provide my enrollment details and support case numbers privately to Apple staff.

Organization enrollment stuck for 26 days: payment never reaches the bank, and Developer app identity verification fails
I first submitted my Apple Developer Program organization enrollment on 25 September 2026, 26 days ago. I'm now stuck in a loop between Developer Support, payment and identity verification, and I'd appreciate any guidance. Timeline: I enrolled my U.S. LLC in the Apple Developer Program on 25 September 2026. Apple Developer Support asked for identity and business documents. I sent them by email through the manual verification process. My organization enrollment was approved. When I tried to pay the $99 membership fee, the payment failed. I tried several Visa and Mastercard cards, both U.S. and non-U.S. I contacted the banks that issued the cards. They confirmed they never received an authorization request from Apple for any of these attempts. Developer Support then told me to restart enrollment through the Apple Developer app. In the Developer app, I'm now stuck at identity verification. I can't get past it to choose between Individual and Organization enrollment. I'm using a valid passport, but the app never completes identity verification. Support asked for screenshots and screen recordings of the problem. I sent them, but I haven't had a meaningful update since. What confuses me most is that my identity and organization documents had already been verified manually before I was sent to the Developer app. What I'm asking for I'm not asking to bypass Apple's verification requirements. I'm asking whether Developer Support can either: move my enrollment back to the manual identity verification process that already worked, or manually review why identity verification is failing in the Developer app. My existing support case has stopped responding, even though I've followed up. If someone from Apple Developer Support sees this, I'd be very grateful if you could look into it, or tell me how to get the enrollment escalated to the right enrollment or identity verification team. I can share my Enrollment ID, support case numbers, Feedback Assistant ID and other account details privately. Thank you.
