Reply to Guidelines 4.2.6 and 4.3: per-studio branded builds of a B2B SaaS app which model applies?
I'm not going to read every line you have written. If it's your client that owns the app, then they have to be the account holder, to my knowledge. That's the rule change they made around 2018 if I remember correctly. You can have them create an account and give you the Developer role or equivalent so that you can develop and publish THEIR app. If you work for clients, you are supposed to know that.

Reply to Several apps stuck in “Waiting for Review” for over one to two weeks – anyone else experiencing this?
This is unusual compared to my previous submissions It's not unusual to me. The queue has been a lot longer since the end of the last year. The queue was a lot longer 15.5 years ago. Depending on the development platform, you can end up waiting for at least two weeks. I have three new boys waiting in the queue. I don't make a big deal about it. I care more about reviewer's competence. Some of them don't even know how to scroll a webpage or don't bother to scroll further down and reject submission by saying users have no way of posting a support question. I don't want that kind of stupidity from a professional reviewer.

Reply to App Rejected, but can't fix what's wrong
My app was rejected for a silly reason (silly that I missed it) - I apparently used the same image for all subscriptions. I don't think that's the reason for rejection. Am I missing something? I think so. But you are only showing what you want others to see. If you are truly requesting assistance from total strangers who know nothing about your software product, I suggest you show the entire page so that there will be no wild goose guess chase.

Reply to App Review
We've since submitted an updated build directly addressing the original concern. You shouldn't have done that. You are now back to the end of the line. Filing an expedited request after waiting for 7 or 8 days is a bad idea as well. Being expedited doesn't mean you are skipping heads in between and jumping to the top of the queue.

Reply to Guideline 4.3(b) rejection although core functionality was never tested
Kardea, was rejected under Guideline 4.3(b) as belonging to a saturated category. Says who!? The reviewer? I doubt it. Which category is not saturated? What would be the most appropriate way to obtain a complete functional review? You don't mention the categories to which you submit your app or application. You don't state the exact words of rejection. There is no software description. There is no list of keywords. You don't mention the development environment, either. It sounds to me that your product has something to do with Tarot card reading. But why would you let those who could assist you make the imagination of their own?

Reply to Apple hasn't responded properly to my support email for 14 days and keeps stalling.
I'm not sure why you are contacting Apple, Inc. And I'm not sure what your topic is all about, either. If you contact them to find out why your 'program' or whatever has not been handled for 14 days, that's not a surprise. The average wait time for iOS apps is about two weeks. If your topic is about not getting a satisfactory reply for support requests, you already know why. You and those AI-driven boomers make so many requests that they cannot handle them all. This year, I contacted their support 5 times because they send me a software distribution notice by email and subsequently remove the software product. I received a reply only twice. They both said they would have somebody else get back with me. But they never did. Their sabotage continues. And I'm forced to go to App Store Connect every time I get a distribution notice to make sure that the software product is not removed from the store. That's how they handle issues: to ignore issues as if they didn't exist. You either live with it or go somewhere. That's how I take it.

Reply to Apple Developer Phone support
I'm not surprised, and I don't blame Apple, Inc. for that, either. I'm not particularly talking about you. But clueless people mostly driven by the AI boom with little or no knowledge of software development call them up several times, sending mail several times, filing an expedite request. That's why people at Apple, Inc. rarely reply to support requests these days.

Reply to Guideline 4.3(b) - Design - SpamApp rejected under 4.3(b) after following all guidance from Meet with Apple appointment — need specific direction
There are several topics this year alone where they claim that their dating app has been rejected for the same reason. None of them shows the exact words from the reviewer. None of them shows the app description. None of them shows the keyword list. Basically, they don't help themselves because they only want to tell the world that their submission has been been labelled a spam app. Your topic follows the suit.

Reply to App Review Delay Is Putting Our Business on Hold
If your submission is an iOS app, I'm afraid you will end up waiting for another week unless you are lucky. The average wait time is about two weeks if not longer. They should correct that old wait time announcement that they no longer hold on to. Whether or not you file an expedite request, you won't get to jump up to the top of the queue.
