Reply to After multiple Guideline 1.1 rejections, my account received a 3.2(f) pending termination notice
It seems that you are being terminated because you say you have 'resubmitted' your app for review without actual changes to your app binary as you write I revised all screenshots, removed disturbing imagery, added server-side content filters and a user-report function, and resubmitted with an explanation. Apple, Inc. is a private company that lays down their own guidelines. So the court probably has no jurisdication whether or not there has been a due process. Furthermore, Apple, Inc. doesn't even promiss you a due promise if you read the Agreement that you have accepted. Personally, I have zero or little respect for their review process because they use their spam bot to harass and intimidate membership-paying customers. I loved this company in the last 80s and 90s, though.

Reply to Has anyone successfully gotten their app approved after a Guideline 4.3 (Design – Spam) rejection?
For this reason, rather than filing an appeal, I am thinking of reaching out to Developer Support with a question. Could contacting Developer Support cause any problems for my account? No. But it will be a waste of time because you don't get a reply. Even if you get a reply, it's probably not going to get you anywhere. Also, are there any cases where an app that received this rejection was approved after an appeal or after modifying the app? Depending on the type of apps you are referring, yes, there are. If you are exclusively referring to dating apps, to-do apps, astrology apps, I don't have an answer.

Reply to Rejected over a form field, then 48+ hours of silence after a non-code fix. Is anyone looking at submission 5fd41009?
Could someone from App Review please look at submission 5fd41009 and either finish the review or tell us what else is needed? We will answer within minutes. They don't come here. People who come here are mostly from DTS. For comparison: the same app has been live on Google Play since October 26 with zero issues. Every day without the iOS version is a day the brand cannot sell to its customers, and most of them are on iPhones. That statement alone is completely irrelevant since Google has nothing to do with Apple, Inc.'s digitial store. If you think it should matter, you may want to contact Google and file a complaint there. They have reviewed your app twice or three times, which doesn't happen these days. They don't promise you when you get your app reviewed although their ancient statement says that it could be reviewed within 48 hours or something like that.

Reply to Unbelievable: 2 App Store rejections, ZERO uses of our app's main feature. What would you do - appeal or resubmit?
It has happened to many people because Apple, Inc. has been on a peudo-spam-combat crusade based on falsehoods for the past several months. I get a spam call every single time I submit a new app to App Store Connect these days. We are all little people and powerless individually. I encourage you to file a complaint with FTC ( https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ ).

Reply to Resubmitted app still “Waiting for Review” after six days — correct escalation path?
What exactly am I paying for if I can’t get either submission reviewed? Accrding to Apple Developer Program License Agreement, they do not guarantee that your submission will be reviewed within a certain period. It doesn't even say that it will be reviewed fairly. The treatment you get, accrding to the Agreement, is sole discretion.

I may also share my experience on Reddit so that other developers facing similar situations can learn from it. I see everyday there somebody instigating an honest-review exchange. There are a lot of people who deserve to get their decveloper account terminated, by the way. Since you don't disclose what you have done to get yours suspended, you can only help yourself.

Reply to Every new app rejected under 4.3 / 4.2.6 in the same minute, twice, even after redesigning the game
When unrelated apps get identical rejections in the same minute and a redesigned game gets the same default message, does that mean a flag on the developer account rather than on each app? That's Apple, Inc's latest approach in tackling a surge in the number of software submissions. Instead of increasing reviewers, they are on a mission to discourage you to sumbit apps. They accept your annual membership fee. But they refuse to review your submissions, accusing you of copying and repackaging someone else's work. When you don't even use an SDK, they accuse you of using a commercial template or a 3rd-party SDK. The 5-trillion dollar software giant is totally out of hand. We are all little people. FTC is not going to step in to stop Apple's unethical conduct based on falsehoods. But stock holders must love it.

I couldn't quite understand what you are referring to. The app description and keywords are available. That's between you and Apple, Inc. You seek assistance from fellow app developers here. But you provide little information here surrounding your situation beyond the fact that it's been rejected.
