Vennen can be downloaded via direct link but does not appear in App Store search
Hello, I’m looking for help with an App Store search visibility issue affecting my app, Vennen. The app can be opened and downloaded on iPhone through its direct App Store link, but I cannot find it when searching for its exact name, “Vennen”, in the App Store. App details: App name: Vennen App Store ID: 6810374572 I am testing from Denmark - Vennen avaible in EU. Direct App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/dk/app/vennen/id6810374572 What I am seeing: Open the App Store on iPhone and search for “Vennen”: I cannot find the app in the results. Open the direct link above: the product page opens and the app can be downloaded. I have contacted Apple Developer Support. I receive the automatic emails confirming that my support requests have been created, but I have not received a substantive response explaining or resolving this issue. Could an Apple team member help check whether Vennen is eligible for search and correctly included in the Danish App Store search index? If this requires investigation by another team, could you advise how to get the existing support case to the team responsible for App Store search? I can provide the relevant support case ID and screenshots if needed. I would also appreciate hearing from developers who experienced the same combination — a working direct download link but no result when searching for the app’s exact name — and how it was resolved. Thank you, Vennen

DSA trader verification “In Review” since September 9, 2026 — no response from Developer Support
Hello, My Digital Services Act (DSA) trader verification has been stuck in “In Review” since September 9, 2026. Current status in App Store Connect: Business → Compliance Digital Services Act 27 Countries or Regions Last Updated: September 9, 2026 Status: In Review Everything else on the account appears to be complete: Paid Apps Agreement: Active Free Apps Agreement: Active Bank account: Active Tax forms: Active DAC7 compliance: Active The app itself is correctly identified as a trader app I have not received any request for additional documentation or any indication that something is missing. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times through different appropriate support categories. My support history contains several entries labelled “Email with Apple Developer Support”, but I have not received corresponding replies in my inbox or spam folder. I have also provided alternative email addresses and requested a callback, but I still have not received a useful response or status update. Apple’s documentation states that if a compliance review is still pending after 14 business days, Developer Support should be contacted. My verification has now been pending for considerably longer than that. Has anyone recently had a DSA trader verification stuck like this and eventually had it resolved? And if Apple staff see this: could someone please advise whether there is anything missing from my submission, or whether the pending verification can be escalated to the appropriate compliance team? App: Vennen Country: Denmark Thank you.
