It turns on n off constantly. so you have to hit the right time - just keep trying until youre able to hit it - it calls you right away once, you submit. be prepared. You enter the waiting line, and i got through after 15 min i think. got it sorted while we spoke. Call em today n get it sorted :) the apple support by mails, doesnt seem to answer in any way - ive tried n still trying to get through the apple support by mail but... no luck so far.
