Apple Developer Program status blocked
Hello, I’m contacting to request an update regarding the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed the enrollment process on Friday and uploaded all the requested identity documents, including my driving licence and ID card, as requested. However, I haven’t received any further confirmation or updates, and my enrollment status is still showing as pending. Could you please let me know if my application is still under review or if any additional information or documentation is required from my side? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards

Enrollment still pending after ID verification, paid October 23
I paid for the Apple Developer Program on October 23, 2026, but my membership is still not active, even though the payment was successfully processed. I’ve opened a case with Developer Support (Case ID: 103010288266) but haven't received any meaningful update or explanation. Apple's documentation indicates that enrollment should normally take around 48 hours. I've also tried contacting regular Apple Support, but haven't been able to get a clear answer or any real assistance regarding this issue. I have an app ready for iOS, and I can't move forward with its release until the membership is active. We've already invested significant time and money into preparing the app, and this delay is preventing us from moving forward. I've also come across several reports from other developers experiencing similar issues, with some waiting for weeks or even months. Please help us understand what's causing this delay and when we can realistically expect the membership to be activated. This is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Apple support response time
Hey, does anybody expirencing long support responses and long app reviews? My ticket was opened on Oct 17, and I didn't even received automatic reply or something like that, but case is super simple. Also it's a new account and I tried to submit my first application, received a first review after 2 hours and for second one I'm waiting more than 1 week. I start feeling that my account is somewhere in low priority or something, because during last 8 years I don't remember such long app reviews

iPadOS software improvement
As a devoted Apple ecosystem user, I’ve bought pretty much every device out there for both my wife and myself ranging from the new iPhones and iPad Pros/Airs, to the latest AirPods, Apple Watch, and more. However, I have to say that iPadOS still feels limited. As an undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration and Economics, I constantly run into formatting issues when opening Word and Excel files. They frequently open backwards and scrambled, and the only way to fix it is by downloading and re-uploading them to Word. On the MacBook, by contrast, these files open smoothly and correctly. The iOS 26 update is wonderful and genuinely gives the iPad massive computing power, which is awesome. But I wish the iPad could push even further. I believe that if users could work on the iPad exactly the way they do on a Mac with full mouse functionality (including lock keys like fn) it would drastically improve sales and user experience. People would easily turn the iPad into their go to portable personal computer, reserving the Mac for heavier workloads. Especially now, with the touch screen MacBook entering the picture, a software boost would allow the iPad to put up a serious fight. Additionally, whenever you open Split View between two apps, their functions shift and some of them end up hidden. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, and a huge thank you for all the hard work!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Issue – Initial Payment Refunded, Organization Details Disappeared, and "Join Apple Developer Program" Is Showing
Hi, I started my Apple Developer Program enrollment approximately three months ago for my organization. After completing the required verification process, Apple asked me to make the membership payment. I completed the payment on July 28, 2026. Following the payment, my organization name appeared in my Apple Developer account with a "Pending" status. I waited approximately 2–2.5 months, but the status never changed, and I did not receive any membership activation email from Apple. After waiting for so long without any updates, we decided to check our card statement. Surprisingly, we discovered that the payment had initially been deducted but was later refunded to our card. After discovering this, we requested Apple to initiate the payment process again. However, after the second payment request, no amount has been charged to our card. Now, when I log in to my Apple Developer account, I can no longer see my organization name or the previous "Pending" status. Both have completely disappeared. Another thing I noticed is that my account now displays "Join the Apple Developer Program" at the bottom of the page. This option was not visible previously when my enrollment was showing as "Pending". I'm really confused about what happened to my enrollment and whether my application is still active. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Why would Apple refund the initial membership payment after deducting it? Why have my organization name and enrollment status disappeared? Why is the "Join the Apple Developer Program" option appearing now? Does this mean my previous enrollment has been cancelled or removed? I have already spent almost three months trying to complete this enrollment. Any advice or guidance from someone who has experienced a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Keeps Stalling
I have an Apple Developer Program enrollment case open, though its been almost 6 days without a response. TLDR is the website fails immediately after I accept the agreement, and the Developer app says enrollment is unavailable for my account and directs me back to the website. Developer Support’s phone option is greyed out during Ireland’s published support hours, but no ond has responded to my case via email. I suspect that my Apple account has a pending or incomplete Developer Program enrollment, or an account-information issue preventing enrollment through the app. The app says enrollment is unavailable for my account and directs me to the website, but the website fails immediately after I accept the agreement. my account has all of yhe pre-requisites appropriate for Inividual/Sole Proprieter. Does the enrollment record need to be corrected or reset?

My App Store review experience❤️
I feel like I owe a big THANK YOU to Ori from Apple Developer Support! It has been a long and frustrating journey, but I finally made it through. And if there’s one thing I want to tell other developers going through the same situation, it’s this: DON’T GIVE UP. Keep pushing, stay patient, and keep fighting for your app. Our app had been stuck in "Waiting for Review" since October 8th. I had sent multiple emails, submitted expedited review requests, and spoken with different support representatives, but nothing seemed to work. Not even a response from Apple Support. It honestly felt like everything had gone silent. Then, today, while checking my account status, I got lucky and noticed that phone support was available. I immediately requested a callback and waited. And when I say I waited two hours, I mean literally TWO HOURS! 😂 I had already made up my mind that I wasn't going to hang up, even if it meant waiting 10 hours. Finally, Ori from Apple Developer Support answered. From the moment we started talking, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. I explained how long we had been waiting, all the efforts I had made, the emails I had sent, the expedited requests, and the different representatives I had spoken with, all without any progress. She genuinely listened, apologized for the experience, and assured me that our app would be reviewed within the next 24–48 hours. But she didn't just make a promise and leave it there. She actually kept me on the phone while she sent a direct message to the App Review team to follow up on our case. And guess what? Shortly after we ended the call, I received an email notification: "Your app is now In Review." Then, within the next TWO HOURS, another email arrived: "Congratulations! Your app has been approved." I can't explain how happy I was seeing that notification! I also took the opportunity to mention that many other developers have been experiencing similar delays and frustrations. Ori acknowledged my concerns and raised the issue with the appropriate department responsible for handling these matters. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Ori! You made a real difference. One more thing I'd like to share with fellow developers: When you finally get connected with Apple Developer Support, please be respectful. I was honestly surprised when Ori specifically appreciated how respectful I had been during our conversation. We all know how frustrating these situations can be, especially after waiting weeks without answers, but getting angry or shouting won't necessarily get things resolved faster. Be patient, explain your situation clearly, stay respectful, and don't give up. That's my story. I hope it gives some encouragement to developers who are still waiting for their apps to be reviewed and approved. Wishing everyone the best of luck, and I genuinely hope your approval emails arrive soon! A special THANK YOU to Ori from Apple Developer Support. If you happen to read this post, please know that I genuinely appreciate your support, kindness, and help. You went above and beyond, and your efforts made a real difference. Thank you again, Ori! ❤️

Universal Clipboard iPhone to Mac stops working until iPhone restart (FB24740548)
Universal Clipboard from iPhone to Mac works after an iPhone restart, then silently stops after a while. Mac to iPhone and Mac to Mac keep working. Only restarting the iPhone fixes it; toggling Bluetooth or Handoff does not. What the Mac's unified log shows while broken (useractivityd + sharingd): Mac to Mac (working): Received Ad ... CopyPasteKey = 1, then [PBOARD] Received pboard available advertisement, then Requesting complete: 1713 bytes, error: (null). iPhone to Mac (broken): zero Received Ad and zero pboard advertisements from the iPhone, even while copying every few seconds with the phone next to the Mac. No errors. The Mac still recognises the iPhone as a paired own-account device (Paired yes, identity resolved, distance Immediate), so pairing and receiving are fine. So the iPhone appears to stop broadcasting Handoff advertisements entirely, and the stuck state survives Bluetooth and Handoff toggles.

macOS 27 Photos Search/People indexing severely incomplete — FB24521305
I am experiencing a severe Photos Search/People indexing problem on a Mac Studio running the final release of macOS 27. I first reported this during the macOS 27 beta cycle and have provided extensive diagnostics and updates through Feedback Assistant. Feedback: FB24521305 Resolution: Open Recent Similar Reports: More than 10 My iCloud Photos library contains approximately 164,000 items and is synchronized between my Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The photographs themselves are present on the Mac, and newly taken photographs synchronize normally. However, Photos Search and People & Pets on the Mac remain severely incomplete. Direct searches of the same synchronized library currently give: Frequently photographed Person A Mac Photos Search: 3 results Mac People & Pets: 6 images iPhone Photos Search: 2,390 results The 3 images returned by Mac Search are different from the 6 images in the People & Pets album. Person B Mac Photos Search: 0 results Mac People & Pets: 2 images iPhone Photos Search: 66 results Location search — Costa Rica Mac Photos Search: 37 results iPhone Photos Search: 350 results After installation of macOS 27 final, Mac Photos Search briefly showed substantial rebuilding activity. For example, a search for "2026" increased from 566 results to 4,455, and "Deer" increased from 79 to 908. Searches that had previously displayed an indefinitely spinning progress indicator also began returning results. However, that apparent rebuilding has not progressed to completion. Nearly two weeks later, People recognition/association remains extremely incomplete, location Search remains incomplete, and the Mac and iPhone return dramatically different results from the same synchronized iCloud Photos library. I have left Photos running for extended periods to allow background analysis to complete. Previous controlled tests also established that the Mac receives photographs and their correct date/time metadata and can index some newly received assets almost immediately. At this point the evidence appears to indicate a problem with the Mac Photos analysis/Search/People indexing process rather than iCloud Photos synchronization or missing assets. Could an Apple engineer please confirm whether FB24521305 has been routed to the appropriate Photos engineering team? I would be happy to provide additional diagnostics or perform specific controlled tests if requested.

System-wide scrolling screenshots / “Capture More” on iOS — FB24804559
I submitted enhancement request FB24804559 for a system-wide scrolling screenshot feature in iOS. The idea is a “Capture More” option after taking a screenshot, similar to Android. iOS would continue capturing while scrolling, and the user could choose the exact endpoint. Ideally, this should work in any scrollable app where technically possible and save the result as one long image. This would be especially useful for Messages, Mail, Settings, social media, lists and other scrollable content.

New App “Freezi” Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 2 Weeks – Emailed and Called Support, No Response
Hello App Review Team and fellow developers, I'm hoping someone can help with my first app submission, which has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for almost two weeks and has never moved to "In Review." App details: App name: Freezi Platform: iOS Version / Build: 1.0 – 0.1.0 (11) Submission ID: 4252fdf7-f9d5-456a-9469-e709c69d0fb0 Items submitted: App version, subscription group, VIP Monthly and VIP Yearly subscriptions Timeline: October 8, 2026: First submitted the app for review. It stayed in "Waiting for Review." Cancelled the submission and resubmitted. October 17, 2026: Current submission entered "Waiting for Review." October 30, 2026: Still "Waiting for Review," with no rejection, no request for more information and no messages in App Store Connect. What I've tried: Emailed Apple Developer Support, with no response so far Called Apple Developer Support, but the issue wasn't resolved Checked that my agreements, tax, banking and subscription details are complete I know many developers are seeing longer review times right now, so I'm not trying to jump the queue. I'd just like to confirm that my submission is still in the queue and that nothing on my side is missing or blocking it. If anything needs fixing, I'll take care of it right away. Thank you for your time and help. Best regards, Ganiu Toyeeb Freezi Developer

Apple Developer Organization Enrollment Pending 40+ Days | No Response from Support
Hello everyone, I'm posting here because I've exhausted the usual support channels and I'm hoping someone from Apple Developer Relations, or another developer who has experienced something similar, can provide some guidance. On September 17, 2026, I submitted an application to enroll my federally incorporated Canadian corporation in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. All requested business information was provided, including our D-U-N-S number. As of today, more than 40 days have passed, and I've received no meaningful communication regarding the application's status beyond the initial submission acknowledgment. On October 20, I submitted a support request specifically addressing the delay. I received an automated confirmation, but no actual response or update. I've also attempted to contact Apple Developer Support by telephone, only to find that the callback option was unavailable due to high call volume. I understand that organization verification takes time and that Apple must perform appropriate due diligence. However, the complete lack of communication is becoming increasingly concerning. We are actively developing several applications for the Apple ecosystem, and these delays are directly affecting our ability to move forward with testing, distribution, and launch planning. At this point, I'm not necessarily asking for immediate approval. I'm simply asking for some level of communication, transparency, and a clear path toward resolution. Has anyone else experienced similar delays with organization enrollment? If so, how were you able to reach someone who could actually review your application? And if anyone from Apple Developer Relations happens to see this, I would greatly appreciate assistance in getting this matter reviewed or escalated. Thank you for your time.

New to Apple, why the review speed process is so slow, always need 10 days, MSFT only needs me 2 hours
Hey guys, just new to apple ecosystem and develop few apps due to the customer request, but I felt frustrating that each review progress took me more than 10 days to get any feedback. If the app needs to change, I need to wait another 10 days to wait for the next round review. Why needs so much time ?

Thank you!
