Membership renewed Oct 18 but App Store Connect still shows "Membership Expired" (16 days)

My Apple Developer Program membership (Individual) expired in October, and I paid the renewal on October 18, 2026.

The Apple Developer website shows the renewal correctly:

  • Membership details: renewal date October 19, 2027
  • Apple Developer Program License Agreement (issued Oct 29, 2026): accepted Nov 2, 2026

App Store Connect still shows it as expired, 16 days later:

  • Banner: "Developer Program Membership Expired"
  • Business > Agreements is empty, so there is no agreement for me to accept
  • My apps (WallPanelSystems, Ganapati Sthapana, GanapatiSthapanaLite) are still removed from the App Store with status "Pending Agreement"

I have an open Developer Support case (Case ID 103001096569) with emails since Oct 22 and calls on Nov 2 and Nov 3, but nothing has changed yet.

This looks like the same issue reported in thread 852128 and thread 843016, which Apple fixed on its side.

Could someone from Apple please escalate this to the App Store Connect / Developer Programs team so my membership status can be refreshed? If anyone has had this fixed recently, how did you get it resolved?
