Hello Apple Developer Relations team and fellow developers, I'm an individual developer from Romania, and I would really appreciate help from someone at Apple, because I have run out of ways to reach the right team. Account details Team ID: CVSYWWL239 Account holder: Maria Teodora Bacula Account type: Individual (no company, no D-U-N-S number) App: Teoria (Bundle ID: com.teoriapro.app) Timeline Before November 2: I submitted my trader information for the Digital Services Act in App Store Connect. As an individual, I provided my own personal address, phone number and email, and verified them. November 2, 2026: the trader status changed to "In Review". Since then: no update, no email and no request for additional documents. Meanwhile: version 1.1 of my app went through App Review, was approved, and I released it. It is live outside the EU, but it is still not available in any European Union storefront, including Romania, where almost all of my users are. What I have already tried A support request through developer.apple.com/contact (Membership and Account). No reply so far. The "Call me" option. Every time I submit the form it returns an error. As far as I can tell, Romania is not supported for callbacks, so phone support is impossible for me. Calling Apple Business / School support, who told me they cannot transfer me to Developer Support. An email to Developer Program Support. Why this matters Teoria is an education app that connects students with teachers for tutoring, homework help and live lessons. I am a math teacher myself and built it for students, parents and teachers in Romania. I have publicly announced the launch date, and many of them are waiting to download it, but on the App Store in Romania the new version simply isn't available. I have no way to explain to them why, or when it will be fixed. What I am asking for Could someone at Apple please check the status of the trader verification for Team ID CVSYWWL239? If anything is missing or incorrect on my side, please tell me exactly what, and I will send it immediately (ID, proof of address, anything needed). If there is a specific channel for DSA trader verification that individual developers in countries without phone support should use, I would be very grateful to learn about it. To other developers who went through this: how long did your DSA trader verification take, and did anything help speed it up? Thank you very much for your time and help.
