Apple Developer Program – Payment Taken, Enrollment Declined, and 10 Days Without Support
I honestly never expected this level of developer support from a company like Apple. I paid for the Apple Developer Program, and the payment was successfully charged. However, my enrollment was declined because my Apple Developer account was registered in Slovenia, while my identification documents were issued in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I submitted new documents and requested that my account country be corrected to Bosnia and Herzegovina. 10 days later, nothing has been resolved. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, opened additional support tickets, and tried to get someone to take ownership of this issue. Still, no meaningful response. No resolution. No clear timeline. As a software engineer with over 12 years of experience, I find this extremely disappointing. Apple constantly promotes its developer ecosystem, yet something as basic as correcting account information and completing a paid enrollment seems impossible to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. Developers are not just customers. We are the people building the applications that make your platforms valuable. Look at what Microsoft has achieved by investing heavily in developer tools, experience, and community support. Supporting developers is not an expense; it is an investment in the future of your ecosystem. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic customer support for a service I have already paid for. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Apple Developer Program enrollment, particularly when changing the account country? And more importantly, does anyone know how to escalate this to someone who can actually resolve it? I would appreciate any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have dealt with a similar situation.
