Apple Finance Support: 30 Days, Multiple Follow Ups, Zero Responses on a Missing Payout
My October 1, 2026 App Store payout was marked as Paid but the money has still not reached my bank account. I opened a Finance Support ticket on October 6. It’s now November 5 and despite multiple follow ups over the past 30 days, I have received zero responses from the Finance team beyond the initial automated acknowledgment. My bank has confirmed it cannot locate the payment and requires transfer details from Apple to investigate. My October 29 payout arrived successfully in the same bank account but the October 1 payment remains missing. I’ve also opened a Developer Support ticket requesting an internal escalation but that request has also gone unanswered. How can a payment remain missing for over a month while Apple’s Finance Support leaves every follow up unanswered? Has anyone experienced something similar or found an effective way to get an unanswered Finance case escalated?

App Store payout missing for over two weeks, no response from iTunes Finance Support
My October 1, 2026 App Store payout is still missing, despite App Store Connect marking it as Paid. I opened a case with Apple Media Services Finance Support on October 6. The automated acknowledgment stated that my request had been received and allocated, but after multiple follow-up emails over the past two weeks, I have yet to receive a substantive response. My bank has checked twice and confirmed that it cannot locate the incoming payment. It requires transfer confirmation or tracing details from Apple before it can investigate further. I've continued replying to the original support thread, including another follow-up today, October 20, but have received no meaningful update. Has anyone else experienced this recently, and is there an official escalation route for unresolved App Store payout cases when Finance Support does not respond? I'm not looking to open duplicate cases unnecessarily.

How long does Apple take to respond to Payments and Financial support tickets?
Hi everyone, I opened a Payments and Financial Reports support ticket with Apple Developer Support regarding an App Store Connect payout issue, and I’m wondering how long this particular support team typically takes to respond. My payout was marked Paid on October 1, but as of October 9, it still hasn’t arrived in my bank account. My bank has confirmed that it cannot locate an incoming transfer and has asked me for a transfer confirmation or trace details from Apple. I opened a support ticket earlier this week and followed up, asking Apple to confirm whether the payment was transmitted and provide any available transfer reference details. So far, I haven’t received a response. For anyone who has contacted Apple about payouts or other Payments and Financial issues recently: How long did it take to receive the first response? Did you eventually receive useful information or an actual investigation into the payment? Is waiting several business days for a response typical for this team? I understand that resolving a payment issue can take time, but I’d appreciate knowing whether this response time is normal or whether I should take another approach. Thanks!

In-App Purchase stuck in “Waiting for Review”
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this recently. I have a non-consumable In-App Purchase that has been stuck in “Waiting for Review”. Details: IAP type: Non-Consumable Status: Waiting for Review No missing metadata No “Developer Action Needed” message App Review Screenshot and review information are complete Associated app version has already been approved Support case has been opened with Apple What’s confusing is that another non-consumable IAP for the same app was approved within a few hours earlier, so the IAP configuration appears to be valid. The current IAP has never moved to “In Review” and has remained in “Waiting for Review” the entire time. Has anyone seen an IAP remain in Waiting for Review for multiple days without any rejection or metadata issues? If so, was there anything that resolved it other than waiting for Apple Support? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks 😊

Update Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 11+ Days
My iOS game update has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” status for over 11 days now • This is a critical bug fix update addressing gameplay issues, that are negatively affecting players, retention, and ratings. • Expedited review request submitted, no movement or acknowledgment. • Developer Support ticket opened a few days ago, no response yet. • No flags, warnings or Resolution Center items visible. If anyone from App Review or Support could check the status, confirm any blockers, or escalate this, it would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
