Reply to Inconsistent enforcement of app guidelines
There are a lot of typos that make your topic difficult to understand like the following. Evan thoe the other account approved images we swapped the app to our other apple account thinking this would save us time from difficult reviewers You have forgotten to mention what you have done with the original submission. If you haven't deleted it, you do deserve the spam rejection. I've been around for 15 and a half years, and I don't have a problem with the review process although I find a reviewer incompetent from time to time.

Reply to Over a week waiting for app review
It's been a new norm since the end of the last year. The average wait time for iOS is 2 weeks to 3 weeks. The worst part of the long wait time is that Apple, Inc. continues to misrepresent them like On average, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours They know their glorious days are over, but they keep telling new comers otherwise. It's total stupidity.

There is no single, useful piece of information with which a total stranger can assist you. All you write is that your game has been rejected 3 times. That's all. Rather, you write some irrelevant aspects. Why should anybody need to now how many times your YouTube channels have been viewed? Why does anybody need to know about your Google Play game? If that really matters, submit your game to Google Play. Basically, you are not helping yourself AT ALL. There is no app description. There is no list of keywords. You don't write the exact rejection statement. You rather twist and rephrase it to make it sound as if you didn't deserve rejection.

Reply to Pending Termination Notice Under 3.2(f) and 5.6.2 - No Explanation of What Is False
There have been a lot of developer accounts being terminated with the same notice lately. Your best bet is search the forums for 'Termination' or make a search engine search. I think I have read a successful story only once over 15 years in avoiding termination somewhere. The problem is that Apple has not told me what information is allegedly false or fraudulent. If I were Apple, Inc., I wouldn't tell you, either, because you would come back one year later and then concoct a more sophisticating scheme to cheat the system to avoid getting caught for the 2nd time.

Reply to Apple taking too long to review my brand new app
The email I received by Apple upon submitting my new app said that 50% are reviewed within 24 hours, and 90% are reviewed within 48 hours. The average wait time for iOS is 2 weeks, 1 week for macOS, if not longer. I don't have a problem waiting for 2 weeks because it was a lot longer 15 years ago. Yet, I wish they stop misrepresenting themselves by saying an app will be reviewed within 48 hours. I find it quite uncomfortable knowing they continue to misrepresent themselves at the same time they terminate developer accounts for a fraudulent activity.

They don't tell you exactly what has caused your app to be rejected. That's how things worked 15 years ago. And that's how they work today. So I'm certain that bringing that up today is not going to get you anywhere. It seems to me that your best possible approach to tackle rejection is to have a sit-down session. I don't really know how it works. Apple, Inc people mention this appraoch from time to time if you are patient enough to read dozen topics.

Reply to 15-year account flagged for termination over one unreleased app — seeking advice
App Review Board is going to terminate our account because a new app had been rejected multiple times in review process and remain unresolved . What does 'multiple times' mean? Twice? Five times? Ten times? Why do you repeatedly mention Google's Play Store? What does your termination have to do with it? If you have kept your account for 15 years, how do you not know that you can get your account terminated if you keep submitting the same software title without resolving underlying issues?

Reply to Stuck in App Review limbo after 4.3(b) rejection, resubmission, and appeal
I was surprised by the decision because the app contains proprietary content developed specifically for the product, along with functionality that strongly differentiate it from other apps in the category. It seems that you don't fully understand what the reviewer means. Have you searched the site for that? There are a lot of topics in the same nature. Nobody cares about somebody else's business because doing so wouldn't pay their bills. Neither do I. I don't even read every line because I have better things to do so that I can put food on the kitchen table.

Reply to Guideline 5.2.3: what does "limit your app to streaming open-source stations only" require in practice?
I'm not going to read every line that you have written since I have better things to do. I'll only give you a hint because I want you to find an answer for yourself and because that's a trade secret. Just because you claim that you use an open-source streaming database, the reviewer is probably not going to believe it at face value. At least, you would not convey the claim to users. If that doesn't click, I would download similar applications using the same open-source streaming database instead of seeking an easy answer from a total stranger.
