Hello, I'm unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual from Saudi Arabia. Every attempt ends with: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." The same happens on the website and in the Apple Developer app on iPhone. What I have already confirmed: My Apple Account name matches my Saudi national ID exactly Account country/region is Saudi Arabia Two-factor authentication is enabled I have not used a VPN I opened support case 103008132613 on October 25, 2026 and have not received a resolution yet. I'm ready to verify my identity with my national ID or passport. Could the enrollment team please review my case manually, and let me know if there is a pending enrollment or payment on my account that needs to be cancelled first? Thank you.
