We are experiencing almost exactly the same issue in India. Our company is attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. On October 22, during personal information verification through the Apple Developer app, we encountered the error "Enter a valid address" despite providing a genuine residential address. After attempting to correct the address formatting, enrollment became blocked with the message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." We contacted Apple Developer Support on October 22 and received an automatic acknowledgement, but no substantive response as of October 29. It is concerning that developers in different countries are experiencing such similar issues. Has anyone received a solution from Apple, or successfully completed enrollment after encountering this error?
