Apple Developer Enrollment in India Blocked by “This Address Is Not Valid” Error
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am experiencing an issue while attempting to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization from India. I am the General Manager and an authorized representative of a legally incorporated Indian software company. I am using my own iPhone, my existing personal Apple Account, and accurate personal information matching my government-issued identification documents. The problem During enrollment through the Apple Developer app, I entered my legal name and residential address. The application repeatedly displayed: "Enter a valid address." I verified the information, including my house address, town, state, and postal code. The individual address fields displayed green validation checkmarks, but the application still rejected the complete address. After attempting to correct the formatting, the enrollment status changed to: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." The Account section now displays: "This address is not valid. To continue enrolling, contact us." Current situation I am using my own iPhone and existing Apple Account. My personal information matches my government-issued documents. My residential address is genuine and current. My enrollment is now blocked. I cannot return to the address-entry screen to correct or resubmit the information. I have not yet reached the organization verification stage. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and received a support case acknowledgement. Questions for the community and Apple Developer Support Has anyone in India experienced this exact residential address validation error? If you successfully resolved it, what steps were required? Is there a known issue with Apple's enrollment address-validation system recognizing certain Indian residential addresses? Can Developer Support restore access to the address-entry screen or arrange an alternative identity verification procedure? Is there a recommended official process to resolve an existing enrollment that is blocked at this stage? Our company has developed applications that we intend to distribute through the App Store, and this issue is preventing us from proceeding with organization enrollment. I would appreciate any guidance from developers who have successfully resolved the same problem or from Apple Developer Support. Thank you.
