Reply to App Store Review Delay
@suneth I was in a similar spot, and what helped me was an App Review appointment. I’d recommend registering for one. The next available slots look like November 17-18. Requests are only open from November 8 at 12:00 a.m. to November 16 at 12:00 a.m. (PST), and the slots fill up fast, so the sooner you register, the better. I submitted my request at 12:01 a.m. when registration opened and got a 10 a.m. slot. Here’s the link: https://developer.apple.com/events/view/NLT5YC7N7L/dashboard My app had been rejected several times, for a Business 3 subscription pricing question and separately for a Device Capabilities issue (Guideline 2.3). On the call, the Apple staff member confirmed the pricing concern was resolved and installed the app on both iPhone and iPad without any problem. He also moved my app up in the queue, and it was approved the same day. Good luck!

@Narendevpro Yes, I got it resolved. Three things made the difference: lowering the subscription price, giving App Review more detail about the subscription, and finally meeting with them in an App Review appointment. I recommend registering for an appointment. The next available slots look like November 17-18: https://developer.apple.com/events/view/NLT5YC7N7L/dashboard. Requests are only open from November 8 at 12:00 AM to November 16 at 12:00 AM (PST), and the slots fill up fast, so the sooner you register, the better. I submitted my request at 12:01 AM when registration opened and got a 10 AM slot. I had gone through three rounds of the same Business 3 pricing rejection, and a separate rejection for a Device Capabilities issue (Guideline 2.3). On the WebEx call, the Apple staff member confirmed the pricing concern was resolved and installed the app on both iPhone and iPad without any problem. He also moved my app up in the queue, and it was approved the same day. Since you’ve already confirmed the price and updated your review notes, the appointment may be the fastest way to get someone to look at the submission. It’s also worth having your pricing and subscription details ready to discuss. Good luck!

Reply to Guideline 3 price verification rejected twice for an auto-renewable subscription, even after confirming and changing the price
@GetResubmit Thank you for the suggestions. Here’s my experience with the same rejection. I received the Guideline 3 rejection (“can you confirm the following In-App Purchase product(s) have the correct intended price(s)?”) on three submissions in a row. Confirming the price in the Resolution Center wasn’t enough on its own. What eventually worked: I confirmed the price in the Resolution Center each time, and after the second rejection I also lowered the monthly price, in case the concern was that it looked too high. I explained where the product sits in the lineup. The reviewer seemed to lack context, so I said that Pro is the highest tier, aimed at clinicians with heavy daily use, and that lighter users can choose the Basic or Plus tiers. I also said all tiers are auto-renewable and that each tier’s price and features are shown on the in-app subscription screen before purchase. I updated the subscription descriptions so the value of each tier was clearer. I requested an App Review appointment. After several written rounds, a live conversation settled it. The reviewer said the new price and updated description were no longer a concern. During the process, one reviewer rejected a build over a Device Capabilities issue, saying the app wouldn’t install on an M3 iPad Air. I couldn’t reproduce it, since I had already installed the same build on an M3 iPad Air through TestFlight. The reviewer in my App Review appointment installed it on both iPhone and iPad without any problem, and he offered to move the app up in the queue. The app was approved the same day, so the appointment really helped in my case.

Reply to New app Waiting for Review 12 days after a same-day fix (expedite confirmed)
What was the 3.1.1 guideline issue? How did you resolve it? We have received the same rejection a couple times regarding the price of our pro tier subscription. Apple asked can you confirm the following In-App Purchase product(s) have the correct intended price(s)? We did confirm yes the first time, but that didn't resolve the issue. Then, we changed the subscription price and description, but that didn't resolve the issue either.

Reply to New app stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 11 days, expedited review approved but no change
We're in a similar boat. We resubmited on October 8 after the app went in review briefly then was rejected for the price of one of the auto-renewable subscriptions. Our app has been "Waiting for Review" since the October 8 resubmission even though we were supossedly approved for an expedited review, and we contact Apple Developer Support via email.
