@aramikg when I go to the Apple developer contact page, it indicates that phone support is not available. Is it somehow available for you? If so, did Apple call you?

11 days ago, I received a message that includes the following: "At this time, your app review is proceeding normally, and there is no further action you need to take. If we require additional information to complete the review, we'll contact you directly. When your app’s review is complete, you'll be notified by email." I haven't received any other information since.
