Guideline 3 price verification rejected twice for an auto-renewable subscription, even after confirming and changing the price
Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review Team, We're hoping someone has run into this before, or that an App Review team member can take a look. What happened September 29: Our first submission was returned. App Review asked us to confirm the price of our auto-renewable Pro subscription (Guideline 3 - Business). We confirmed the price, made an update, and resubmitted on October 8. On October 8, Developer Support confirmed the app was "Waiting for Review" (case number 102984068572) and that no action was needed from us. The app stayed in "Waiting for Review" for 12 days. We replied to Developer Support on October 13 and requested an expedited review on October 16, with no change in status. October 20: The app was reviewed (Submission ID 61a8809e-4366-4698-bb69-8986bb10fef2, version 1.0 build 119, iPad Air 11-inch M3) and returned again with the same request: confirm that the Pro subscription product has the correct intended price. What we've already tried We confirmed the price in our reply the first time. We then changed the subscription's price and description, but we received the same message again. Our questions Has anyone received this repeated "confirm the correct intended price" message and gotten past it? What did you do? Does the reply need to go in a specific place, such as the Resolution Center on the rejected submission, the review notes, or both? Is there something else App Review needs, such as an explanation of what the subscription includes? This is time-sensitive for us. We are preparing to release the app ahead of a national convention in November, so that professionals have enough lead time to download and test it. Thank you for any help or guidance.

App still "Waiting for Review" nearly three weeks after first submission
Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review Team, Our first submission on September 29 was returned because App Review wanted to confirm the price of an auto-renewable subscription. We confirmed the price, made an update, and resubmitted on October 8. On October 8, Developer Support confirmed that our app was “Waiting for Review” and had been added to the App Review queue (case number 102984068572). They also said that review was proceeding normally and that no action was needed from us. Eleven days later, the app is still showing “Waiting for Review,” so it has now been in the review process for nearly three weeks. We replied to Developer Support on October 13 but have not received a response. We also requested an expedited review on Friday, October 16, and the status has not changed. This is time-sensitive for us. We are preparing to release the app ahead of a national convention in November, so that professionals have enough lead time to download and test it. We hope that those who have used the app can share their experience with colleagues at the event. We know other developers who have experienced similar delays, so we don’t think this is unique to our submission. Is there anything else we can do to move the review forward, and has anyone found something that helped? If an App Review team member can take a look, we’re happy to provide anything further.
