Is ok to have a link to apple.com or do I say I was inspired by Apple IMHO, none of the two. See guidelines 5.2.5 Apple Products: Don’t create an app that appears confusingly similar to an existing Apple product, interface (such as Finder), app (such as the App Store, iTunes Store, or Messages

Reply to AVSpeechSynthesizer pulls words out of thin air.
Yes, AVSpeechSynthesizer sometimes interpret the words, which is really annoying. I filed 5 years ago a problem with synthesizer with all caps words. In some cases, the word was spelled letter by letter. Here is the content of the bug report dating May 21: FB9036694 Using AVSpeechSynthesizer, I noticed that some works in UPPERCASE are not correctly spoken. SMALL is correctly pronounced small but WIDTH is pronounced by spelling W-I-D-T-H Version 12.4 (12D4e) MacOS 10.15.7 (19H524) I reproduced the problem in playground: var sentence = "Hello everyone. WIDTH. Now the width and height." // the sentence to be told" let synthesizer = AVSpeechSynthesizer() let utterance = AVSpeechUtterance(string: sentence) utterance.voice = AVSpeechSynthesisVoice( language: "en-GB" ) utterance.rate = AVSpeechUtteranceDefaultSpeechRate synthesizer.speak(utterance)

What is surprising is the lack of proper moderation: immediately remove spams (they are easy to detect) for questions about the long time for review process, inform with a private message the one who posted that it's not the purpose of the forum and delete the post. Or move the post to a specific section and not show on the general flow of posts. That would seriously clean up the forum. And with less than 200 posts a day, that does not seem to be an overwhelming moderation effort.

Very interesting post about SO. Does it it mean that spy called social media have poured over those forums ? I heard that the same is happening to LinkedIn for instance. So the problem is larger than developers. On my own, I'll continue to participate to these forums until there is nothing worth to it.

But the current poor state of forums … I totally agree. Forums have become nearly useless, both for those who post (rarely get a reply to a real developer question) and for those who read to provide answer and to learn from the questions as well (that was a great value of the forum in the past). Interesting to note that is is not the case on Stack Overflow. My guess is that, as it is developer.apple forum, many believe or hope it is a direct channel to Apple to boost or influence their review. Unfortunately, some answers from Apple staff like "thank you for contacting us, we shall forward…" is just encouraging the trend whilst bringing no answer (just let the author feel having been heard).   allow other developers to ignore them. Absolutely, notably in the general list of posts (https://developer.apple.com/forums/allPosts) PS. I've noticed that the situation deteriorated rapidly after the change of forum software a few years ago.

Can't you work around by detecting screen size ? Unfortunately, I fear solutions proposed here do not work after iPhone 15. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26028918/how-to-determine-the-current-iphone-device-model And I do see the duo in this list: https://gist.github.com/adamawolf/3048717

Did you see Xcode 27.2 Beta Release Notes?   Important The iOS SDK and simulator support for iPhone Duo will be available later this month in an upcoming release of Xcode 27.1. So should be available before the end of September. Check if there is a new beta 1 release, it could be there (see comment in this thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/845505).

What additional steps do I now perform to indicate my question has been answered? Any other suggested action I should take? You've marked the correct answer, and thumbed up other answers, that's perfect.   I love my Apple products, since 1984 (if you catch my point). 1984 only ? That's pretty recent 😉. I started in 79 on Apple ][.

Reply to App Store Connect Still Requires Agreement Acceptance After It Was Accepted
Welcome to the forum @FelixJames. Are you sure it is the same message as the first one ? In my case I had first to sign the licence agreement then to review the updated Paid Applications Schedule. If that answers your question, don't forget to close the thread by marking the answer as correct. Otherwise, please show the message you get.
