Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” Details: Enrolling as an Individual Account has existed for several years (not a new/spam account) I’m a student Error appears every time I try (both on web and in the Developer app) No Enrollment ID is shown I’ve already checked that my legal name matches my Apple ID and that two-factor authentication is enabled. Has anyone else run into this exact message recently and resolved it? I’ve also submitted a support request via developer.apple.com/contact under Membership and Account → Program Enrollment. If anyone from Apple sees this or if other developers have tips (account flags, region mismatches, etc.), I’d really appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I’m a developer and recently built my own app, which I’m really excited to launch. However, my app has now been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for over two weeks, and the review process hasn’t started yet. I’ve already contacted Apple Support three times by email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response. I understand that review times can vary, but waiting this long without any updates is becoming frustrating, especially as an independent developer looking forward to launching my first app. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there a way to escalate the issue or contact Apple Developer Support by phone? It is for me not possible to do it from my cases.. Hi, I’m looking for guidance regarding a new Apple Developer account and membership enrollment. I previously had an Apple Developer account associated with another business. I no longer intend to use that account and plan to close/delete it. About two weeks ago, I created a new Apple Developer account for a different business and submitted the enrollment for the Apple Developer Program. However, the new membership has still not been activated. I want to make sure the previous developer account is not causing an issue with the new enrollment, and I’d like to understand whether there is anything else I need to provide or complete in order to get the new membership activated. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, or is there a specific Apple Developer Support team I should contact to have the enrollment reviewed? Thank you.

So my timeline is this: Got MBP 16' in March with graphics options: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Up until 10.15.5 came out, I had zero problems/crashes and I always have the laptop closed and an external display connected with an official Apple A/V adapter using HDMI. As soon as I installed 10.15.5 the panics started happening. Reason:					 (1 monitored services unresponsive): checkin with service: WindowServer returned not alive with context: unresponsive work processor(s): WindowServer main thread	40 seconds since last successful checkin Literally after the update ended, I didn't touch the laptop for some time, the external monitor went to sleep and the laptop panic'ed and rebooted. I installed apps like Caffeine to prevent the external monitor from going to sleep and managed to continue working. Some days after this the crashes started happening even when the monitor was not going to sleep. Usually when using apps that put some strain on the video such as video conferencing apps. These crashes started to become more frequent. The display froze, for about 2 minutes, the laptop started getting very warm and the fans would not go faster, then after 2 minutes the fans go into turbo mode for about 1 second and the laptop reboots. After this I reverted to 10.15.4 and reset SMC, etc, and the panics when the display goes to sleep are gone, but the crashes when I'm using the computer continue. I tried ditching the adapter and using a usb-c displayport cable but the problem remained. As a final test, I unplugged everything from the laptop and disabled "automatic graphics switching" to force the AMD to be used even with no external display. Sure enough, I was able to reproduce the issue. So it seems not related to an external display, but the AMD card itself (which is always used when an external display is connected). Sad times.

Hello, it's almost been a week since I originally signed up and paid for enrolling in the developer program. I've also raised a ticket two days ago, but I haven't heard back. I'm based in Germany. Does anybody know how long it usually takes and why it might be stuck? I read somewhere that they might request for some additional verification or documents or ID, but I've not received anything like that either.

Granular Audio Session Priority and Control Center Override For users who rely on parallel cognitive processing - such as neurodivergent individuals managing attention through sensory layering like jumping across apps - abrupt audio interruptions are deeply disruptive. One scenario - a user is deep in cognitive flow listening to audio via Apple Music. They then switch to Instagram to check a text or post as natural neurodivergent attention switching and a video automatically fires up audio and instantly cuts the track playing on Apple Music. Regaining the audio stream requires manual intervention and therefore a breaking of focus. Proposal - I would love and suggest a native iOS feature or Control Center overlay allowing users to define audio hierarchy across apps, e.g. by locking background media as primary; open for ideas of course. This may as well be useful in therapeutical setups to easily silence potential notifications of lower priority over audio media designed to sensorically set guidelines for a session. Scope - while potentially helpful to users in the audio engineering and music playing scene running third-party-apps like Ableton and such, the feature request is intended to assist a basic and non-teh-savvy iOS user. Technical Question - is there any undocumented or upcoming capability within ⁠AVAudioSession⁠ categories/modes that could allow a developer to gracefully intercept or suppress automatic audio ducking/interruption from third-party foreground apps? I’m seeing what looks very similar to Feedback ID FB24937933 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 27.0.1. The two apps I can reproduce it most consistently with are Robinhood Banking 2.23.1 and Duolingo 7.142.0. Symptoms App opens to the splash/logo screen and hangs. After roughly 20 seconds, iOS kills it. Robinhood Banking briefly worked after forcing a sign-out and reauthentication, then the problem returned. Most other apps now work normally. Timeline I was on a Caribbean cruise Sept. 27–Oct. 2, including Jamaica and the Bahamas. I used ship Wi-Fi and different networks while in port. Robinhood Banking was still working while I was in the Bahamas. The issue started the day I got back, Oct. 2. At first, App Store updates were also hanging and not starting. Troubleshooting already done Normal restart and force restart Airplane Mode Wi-Fi only / cellular only Multiple unrelated Wi-Fi networks Separate mobile hotspot DNS changes, then back to Automatic No VPN Private Relay / Limit IP Address Tracking disabled for testing Checked app/location permissions Freed storage Fully deleted and reinstalled the affected apps Signed out/in where possible Reset network settings OTA iOS update attempted, but it sat on “Update Requested” for hours Updated successfully to iOS 27.0.1 through Windows Robinhood confirmed there is no account restriction Removed old trusted devices and fully reauthenticated Regular Robinhood works normally and the physical card still works Crash logs Both apps are being terminated with EXC_CRASH / SIGKILL / 0x8BADF00D. Robinhood shows a scene-create watchdog timeout after about 20 seconds. Duolingo’s watchdog event is slightly different, but the important part is that both apps’ main threads are blocked in the same path while iOS is setting up a background NSURLSession and waiting for a synchronous XPC response. That common stack across two unrelated apps is what makes this look system-level rather than app-specific. At this point I’ve reproduced it across different networks, after reinstalling the apps, after reauthentication, after a network reset, and after updating iOS through a computer. The cruise may be unrelated, but it’s the only major change immediately before this started. Has anyone found a way to reset or restart whatever iOS service handles background NSURLSession/XPC traffic without erasing the phone?

Hey all, I've had an app in development for months, and it is nearly ready for release. Naturally, that's when I began creating developer accounts for the various platforms for publishing. Google and Microsoft were swift and painless, but I've been stalled with Apple for a week now. After completing all my identity verification steps, and seemingly on the verge of success, I was presented with this message instead: "There may be a problem with your account. Contact Apple Support." In the Developer app, this message appears: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit [support URL]. Following these instructions, I contacted support. Over the past week, there have been two emails, one phone call request, and zero response. I am a Canadian national living in El Salvador as a permanent resident. The only identity document Apple would accept was my Canadian passport; my Salvadoran identity documents were rejected as "unrecognized." The rest of my documentation (proof of address, etc) is, naturally, Salvadoran, as I've lived here for years. This is my home. My best guess is that this discrepancy between nationality and location flagged something on the account, but I have no confirmation of that from Apple. Are there any recommendations as to how I can reach Apple support to get this resolved? I've done everything they've asked me to do, but there has been no response.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Apple Developer and App Review. My app was supposed to be published between September 30 and October 1. For submission 4fe9a897-d64f-4757-b0d9-6e5ca0dab073, Apple contacted me on September 30 at 1:18 AM with the following request: “This app has been submitted by a developer account that has a limited App Review history. We need additional information to better understand the app and complete the review.” I provided all the requested information and replied at 1:41 AM on the same day, only 23 minutes later. Since then, I have received no approval, rejection, or request for additional information. My submission is simply stuck in review. This delay is directly affecting my project. I planned my launch around these dates, and I’m now losing the opportunity to monetize my app on iOS because I’m still waiting for Apple. What makes this even more frustrating is the difference in developer experience. I paid $25 for Google Play, and Google has been much faster and more supportive throughout the publishing process. With Apple, I’m paying $99 per year, but so far my experience has been slower and more difficult. I understand that App Review is important and that new developer accounts may require additional verification. However, after providing all the requested information immediately, I expected at least an update on the status of my submission. Could someone from Apple please help me understand what is happening with my review and whether anything else is required from me? I simply want to publish my project and start serving my iOS users.

I am experiencing severe and repeatable battery drain on an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 27.2 beta 2 (24B5089g). The issue has persisted across several days and multiple sysdiagnose captures. The phone is also noticeably warm during some of these periods. Battery health is currently 89%, with approximately 622 cycles. I have not found any BatteryPanicShutdown events or an obvious battery hardware failure in the sysdiagnose data. On October 2, I recorded the following: 99% battery at 09:00 84% at 09:59 60% at 10:59 48% at 12:00 29% at 12:59 22% at 13:23 That is a drop of 77 percentage points in 4h23, with approximately 3h10 of screen-on time. Maximum battery temperature during that period was approximately 40.4°C. PowerLog also shows repeated high instantaneous power samples: 26 samples above approximately 10 W maximum sampled value around 21 W I understand that these are instantaneous samples and not integrated energy measurements. One particularly interesting period happened while the display was suppressed: approximately 10:59–11:08 battery dropped from 60% to 58% calculated instantaneous power median around 2.1 W maximum around 2.65 W approximately 2 GB of outbound Wi-Fi traffic attributed to com.apple.nsurlsessiond between 11:02:54 and 11:07:55 only 3 TGI requests occurred during that period, with a combined duration of approximately 1.7 seconds Across the full 09:00–13:23 interval, PowerLog attributes approximately 8.6 GB of outbound Wi-Fi traffic to nsurlsessiond. Photos also shows significant network activity separately, but I cannot establish that all nsurlsessiond traffic belongs to Photos or iCloud. There is also persistent local inference activity. The ModelCatalog dump reports: IFP Enabled: false During the same morning period I counted approximately: 349 TGI requests ~4m20 combined TGI request duration 211 ANE model load events 207 ANE model unload events for com.apple.tgondeviceinferenceproviderservice_platform 179 load / 170 unload events for mediaanalysisd However, I do not think TGI alone explains the battery drain. On October 1, the TGI request rate was very similar (~83 requests/hour vs ~79 requests/hour on October 2), while the battery drain rate was different. Another important observation is that the phone can reach very low idle power consumption. Between approximately 05:00 and 09:00, with the display suppressed and after excluding the first 60 seconds following display transitions, the median calculated instantaneous power was around 0.06 W. This suggests the phone is capable of entering a low-power idle state, and the excessive drain appears to be episodic rather than permanent. For comparison, on October 1: 71% → 15% between 11:18 and 15:02 approximately 56 percentage points lost in 3h44 approximately 2h35 screen-on time maximum battery temperature around 38°C 309 TGI requests during the interval The workload was different on both days, so I am not treating this as a controlled comparison. I have several complete sysdiagnose archives available from the affected periods and can provide specific PowerLog queries or additional logs if useful. I am currently planning to restore the phone to the latest public iOS release and configure it as a new iPhone to determine whether the behaviour is specific to this beta installation/state. Has anyone seen similar behaviour on iPhone 16 Pro or iOS 27 / 27.2 beta, particularly involving: unusually high background nsurlsessiond traffic repeated ANE/TGI model loading and unloading severe battery drain despite normal low-power idle behaviour recurring heating without a BatteryPanicShutdown or obvious battery hardware fault

My iPhone 17 became practically unusable after installing the iOS 27.2 beta. After charging it to 85%, it doesn't even make it through a single night anymore. Yesterday at around 10:00 PM the battery was at about 80%, and by 5:00 AM it had dropped to just 9%. I expected this kind of battery drain to last no more than a day due to indexing and post-update background processing, but the issue has persisted for a good three days now. In fact, you can literally watch the battery percentage dropping before your eyes. I understand that installing beta software comes with risks, but I'm genuinely disappointed by this situation and hope that the next update arrives soon. At the moment, it's a disaster. The phone is essentially connected to a charger almost all the time.

I’m using the new Preview app on an iPhone running iOS 27 with a multi-page PDF that contains selectable text. Apple’s Preview guide says PDF text search is supported: open the PDF, tap Search, type a word/phrase, and use previous/next match arrows. But I cannot find a Search/Find control anywhere. I checked: • The visible top toolbar • The filename dropdown (it only shows Duplicate, Move, Rename, Export, and Print) • The **- - - ** menu • The bottom toolbar Has anyone found the actual Find in PDF control in the current iPhone Preview interface? If it is missing for you too, please include your iPhone model and exact iOS 27 version/build.
