Dear Apple Developer Support Team,

I am writing to request a review of my Apple Developer Program enrollment status.

I recently completed the required identity verification process and submitted all requested documents. I also received an email indicating that I could proceed with enrollment. However, when continuing the enrollment flow, I was informed that the account cannot be provided at this time, without any additional explanation.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly:

  • Confirm whether my Apple ID is eligible for enrollment
  • Clarify if any further action is required from my side
  • Advise whether I may reattempt enrollment or if there is any restriction on my account

I understand that certain decisions may be based on internal review criteria; however, I would be grateful for any guidance on how to proceed so I can complete enrollment successfully and continue development activities, including TestFlight distribution.

Individual enrollment stuck 10 days on “complete your purchase”, name on enrollment record is wrong, no reply to three support cases

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and paid on 26 October 2026. Since then the enrollment page has shown “To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” It has been ten days.

I have opened three support cases through the contact form (most recent: 103012679750) and replied to the case email. None has had any response.

I think the cause is a name mismatch: the enrollment record shows a name that is not my legal name, while my Apple Account and my government ID both show the correct one. The name field is locked on the enrollment page and on the contact form, so I cannot fix it myself.

The phone callback option is not shown for my region, so email is the only channel I have, and it is not answering. Could someone from the Developer Program team look at case 103012679750 and let me know what is needed to correct the name and complete verification?
