First app in App Review for 27 days, stuck in "Waiting for Review" for the last 8
My first iOS app was submitted on October 1. It has now been in App Review for 27 days. The current build has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 20 (8 days) and has never moved to "In Review." Apple is now the only thing holding up my business's iPhone launch. What happened: Oct 1: First submission. Oct 9: Rejected for two issues. I fixed both the same day. Oct 10: Resubmitted. That build then sat in "In Review" for 10 days with no update. Oct 20: I replaced it with an updated build due to the version in review falling behind the live Android version. It has been "Waiting for Review" ever since. Google Play approved the Android version in one day, and it launched on October 2. App Store Connect shows no outstanding messages, metadata issues, agreements, or actions required from me. The in-app purchase is attached to the submission, and the review notes include a working demo account. So far, I have: Submitted four expedited review requests: two for the earlier build and two for the current one Emailed App Review directly with the full timeline Tried to request a phone call from Developer Support, but that option is no longer offered None of this has moved the submission. Could an Apple staff member please look into this? If there is a hold on my account or something I need to fix, I'll fix it the same day. I just need to know what it is. For privacy, I'm not posting my app name, Apple ID, bundle ID or submission ID.

Unusually long Apple "waiting for review" time
This situation is odd for me. I've been running another app on this Apple developer account since May, all new submissions for review are usually within 24 hours and even the first initial review took 3 days. I've recently submitted a new app for review that has now been in review for over 2 weeks but the problem i'm having is the app is already live on the play store with over 15,000 users (social media blew up) and i'm stuck here not knowing what the timeline is for release on iOS (and over 22,000 on an email waitlist for iOS). I'm not here to brag numbers but when Apple says they need a reason for expedited review... this is it. Anyone have any tips? i.e. ways to contact the Apple review team? I've tried emailing but no luck as of yet.
