Hello App Review team, I'm asking for help with a submission that seems stalled. App: Revyufy Apple ID: 6814482941 Current submission: 19da2d0e-dfcf-4753-9b2f-981859c87ee7 (Waiting for Review since Oct 16, 2026) Submission that was rejected: d8d12bf3-c746-4d46-8e5f-88af435157b7 On Oct 1, 2026 the app was rejected under Guideline 4.8 (Login Services). We replied the same day in App Store Connect explaining why the app qualifies for the 4.8 exemption for apps that require the user to sign in with an existing education account: Accounts are created only on the review center's website. The app has no sign-up screen and can't create an account by any route. Google Sign-In only authenticates an account that already exists. Any unregistered Google account is refused with: "No Revyufy account uses this Google email. Accounts are created on your center's website." That reply hasn't received a response, and the submission hasn't returned to review since. I also requested an expedited review last week and haven't heard back. Could someone please look at our Oct 1 reply and let us know whether the exemption applies? If more information would help, we're glad to provide it right away. Thank you.
