My app has been approved and on the App Store for about a day now. I am trying to promote it using Apple Ads, however, the campaign dashboard shows that the campaign's status is "App Pending Review." This appears to be a serious bug in Apple Ads. I would appreciate any help in getting unblocked on this issue.

Dear Apple App Review Team, Our app was approved on October 7th for release. However, we developer rejected this version in order to submit a minor update to the app on October 13th to polish some UI interactions. We also bumped the version to 1.0.0 in this update. This minor update to the already-approved app has now been "Waiting for Revew" for over 14 days. Our expedited review was approved several days ago, but it seems to not have had any effect. We have also created a support case 8 days ago, for which we have received no response. We are a small startup that has been preparing this release for over a year. We had plans to release this in October, but this delay has now put our company into a limbo state. We would appreciate any help you could provide in unblocking our case. Support case ID: 103001806837
