Reply to macOS 27 Beta: Multiple system services repeatedly crashing — unable to use Mac normally
I’ve been seeing similar repeated crashes when opening, closing, or simply running Simulator since using the earlier betas and continuing even now with stable releases. Environment: Apple-silicon Mac (Mac17,9), macOS 27.0.1 (26A434), Xcode 27 / iOS 27 simulator runtime. Crashing services: intelligencetasksd AppIntentsLiveEntityService SettingsSearchReindexService others All three are simulator processes (launchd_sim parent) and crash with EXC_BREAKPOINT / SIGTRAP, following the same stack: XPCPeerRequirement.hasEntitlement(_:) → __XPC_API_MISUSE__ → __XPC_INTERNAL_CRASH__ → _assertionFailure Reboots, Xcode updates, reinstalling the simulator runtime, creating fresh simulators, and clearing simulator caches/DerivedData haven’t resolved it. Has anyone identified a cause or workaround for this stuff?

Reply to Xcode 15, how to uncheck "Connect via network" for physical device?
Same here. We are trying to test/debug a critical feature involving network (which obviously needs to be tested on losing/reconnecting wifi) and it is–as of now, writing this post–impossibile: even when launching with the device attached to USB the debugger crashes as soon as wifi is disabled. Honestly a little concerning that this was overlooked.
