Same issue here. I'm in Türkiye with Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi (Tekstilkent branch, Istanbul, branch code 1134). Selecting the branch from the list or entering the code manually both return "Bank key doesn't exist", so my Paid Apps Agreement is stuck in "Pending User Info" and I can't offer in-app subscriptions. I opened a case with Apple Media Services Finance Support (Case-ID 23290629) on November 3 and haven't received a response yet. It looks like the Turkish bank keys are not recognized in App Store Connect. Has anyone found a workaround, or could someone from Apple please look into this?
