Yes, we just noticed that in the last month we have gotten several 1 star reviews because it is prompting users even if they've already rated. It's not for all users so I would think it would have to be tied to the version of iOS?

@Ana2408 did you ever get contacted or have this resolved? Been dealing with this all day, and it feels crazy to me that all this money is being lost and nothing is being done?

We started receiving emails this morning as well. After testing we verified that the first purchase went through, and then turning around to complete the same in app purchase would return "This In-App Purchase has already been bought." On the backend we are seeing that the receipt has already been consumed.
