I completed the form again and clicked "Send code" once. The verification code arrived in my work email, but the enrollment page still shows no field to enter it, and the Continue button stays disabled. I haven't requested the code again, to avoid triggering the "maximum attempts" block a second time. Has anyone seen this, and is there a way to enter the code or complete this step another way? Could someone from Apple please help finish the verification on their side?
