Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual (Saudi Arabia), but I'm blocked on both the website and the app: Website: "Your enrollment could not be completed at this time." Apple Developer app: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." I have not been charged and have no active or pending enrollment. My account page only shows "Enroll today". I contacted Program Enrollment support by email more than two weeks ago and have received no response. Phone support is not available in my region. Case IDs: 103002989824 and 103010814696 Could someone from Apple Developer Support please review my account and let me know what is blocking the enrollment, or what documents are needed? Thank you.
