I paid USD 99 for the Apple Developer Program on 20 October 2026 (individual, Ukraine). The receipt arrived, but the membership was never activated — my account still shows “Enroll today”. I opened case 103002993901 the same day and followed up three times, with no reply so far. Phone callback is not available for my country, and Apple Account billing support (case 103009093174) says they cannot see developer purchases. Could someone from Apple please look at the case, or advise how to reach Developer Program Support? I just want the membership activated or the payment refunded. Thank you.
