Reply to DriverKit entitlement for USB transport - support all vendor id's
Why? What are you actually trying to do?
In my case, I am developing a class driver intended to match all devices belonging to a specific USB class, regardless of the manufacturer. The USB class is already specified in the driver's Info.plist under IOKitPersonalities. Ideally, it should be possible to specify the USB class in the entitlements as an alternative to specifying individual vendor IDs. I also filed FB24687075 regarding this.

Reply to "How to" for dext distribution
By default, the initial connection system only allows connection requests from processes that are signed by the same Team ID as the DEXT. The "allow any UserClient Access" entitlement overrides that behavior allowing the "request" from any process. If "your DEXT" only talks to "your app/processes", then you don't need any entitlement to allow.
Is this still valid? It seems like the connection between my app and the Dext doesn't succeed on Tahoe if I remove the entitlements.

Reply to App Intent in separate target doesn't work
I also reported the issue more than a month ago ( FB10546626 ), but it’s still present in Xcode 14.0 beta 6, and it starts to be a problem: it’s not a minor thing - they released App Intents and App Shortcuts and App Shortcuts don’t work in the extension where it is supposed to work; if it won’t be fixed before the release of iOS 16, we need to migrate from App Intents Extension to in-app App Intents
