I couldn't quite understand what you are referring to. The app description and keywords are available. That's between you and Apple, Inc. You seek assistance from fellow app developers here. But you provide little information here surrounding your situation beyond the fact that it's been rejected.

Reply to Two of my apps are not reviewing for more than 30 days, other apps are reviewed in 24 hr: No response at developer support
we wait 9 days only to be rejected for a minor issue, then wait another 9 days, only to be rejected again for a different minor reason—essentially waiting 9 days for fixes that only took 2 hours to implement. I've been in this business for more than 15 years. It doesn't happen to me. If my submission is rejected, in many cases, it's their mistake. If you don't have a lot of experience going through the review process, you may want to create a submission checklist for yourself.

Reply to Apple Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) Without Specific Explanation — Official Support and Appeal Channels Not Working
Our account was terminated our developer account under Section 3.2(f) What!? They don't appear to tell you what you have done. If I were Apple, Inc, I wouldn't explain, either, because you would choose to cheat in a more sophisticated manner so as not to get caught next time when you reapply for a developer account. You probably want to go over the section you are referring to to see if any part of it rings you a bell. If you are totally hopeless, you may want to read other similar topics by searching for 'rejection.'

Reply to Repeated App Review Rejections Despite Fixes — How Do We Get Specific Feedback?
Has anyone successfully resolved repeated rejections where App Review continued citing the same guideline after fixes were implemented? Yes and no. I don't know exactly how many times you suggest you have been rejected for the same guideline. I may have them repeat the same guideline violation twice or three times. Is there an effective way to request a conversation with an App Review representative or obtain more specific technical feedback? Yes and no. The only effective way is to fix an issue that they say is the issue. Since you don't go into specifics, that's all I can say. Are there any additional channels or approaches that have helped you break out of this cycle? Not really... But a google search? I have published about 450 software products over the last 15+ years. So I know how to get around, I guess. I have abandoned three or four submissions, though.

Reply to Extreme Delay: Day 38 Total Wait | App Stuck "In Review"!
It's possible that you are caught in the midst of their latest anti-spam campaign where they reject multiple submissions all at a time in a matter of a few seconds. If you believe you are not getting anywhere, you may want to terminate your current submission, make some changes to the build and send a new build to review. And you may see their true face behind the unexplained delay. That's still better than a wall of silence.

let cgImage = CGWindowListCreateImage(CGRectNull, [.optionIncludingWindow], cgWin, [.bestResolution]) Why do you set the screenBounds property to CGRectNull? Besides, this function is deprecated. Though it's a bit difficult to use, why don't you use the ScreenCaptureKit framework, instead?

Reply to My astrology app has been rejected 3 times under 4.3(b), really need some advice
The reviewer writes the app may include features or characteristics that distinguish it. So you need to make it distinguished from others. Otherwise, you will continue to get rejected. In the worst case, you may get your developer account terminated if you continue to make a submission without noticeable changes.
