Hello, I'm currently experiencing the same issue with Apple Developer Program organization enrollment. Our company, Swiftier Inc., is a federally incorporated Canadian financial technology company and FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business. Apple withdrew our organization enrollment because our registered legal name contains "Swift," which Apple considers a trademark conflict. Our company operates in cross-border payments and financial services and has no affiliation with Apple's Swift programming language. Changing our registered company name or enrolling as an individual is not a viable option for our business. We've contacted Apple Developer Support and Apple Legal, but no response we're still seeking a resolution. Were you eventually able to enroll your company under its existing legal name? If so, what process did you follow, and which Apple team helped resolve the issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
