I recently had the same issue and the answer was no. The banks consider income from publishing an App as business income and won't let you a personal account. I found an online bank which does not charge me any fees (doesn't pay any interest either) and use them for the account for App payments from Apple.

Are you able to duplicate the crash on a device? If so, you could then run the App while connected to Xcode and hopefully see where the problem(s) are. What is the name of the App on the App Store?
