Same issue here. My membership expired and I renewed it on October 18, 2026. The Apple Developer website and app show my membership as active until October 2027. However, more than 15 days later, App Store Connect still shows “Developer Program Membership Expired” I believe my account was affected by the same systemic issue with the license expiry date. I tried to contact Developer Support, but the callback failed and both the phone and email contact forms now return “There was a problem processing your request
