Timeline: Oct 8: submitted Oct 9: Guideline 2.1 – Information Needed (the standard request for new developer accounts) Oct 10: replied with the screen recording from a physical device and all requested details, and added the same information to the App Review Notes Oct 11: resubmitted; status has been Waiting for Review since Oct 17: contacted Developer Support (Case ID 102999877039); no reply yet The app is a free, offline-first film and TV rating diary: no accounts, no in-app purchases, no ads, no user-generated content. Agreements and account details show no outstanding issues in App Store Connect. Is there anything further I should provide, or could someone check whether the submission is held for an account-side reason? Thank you.
