My individual enrollment still shows Pending and asks me to purchase, although the payment was charged on October 29 and the ID was submitted the same day. The file upload page now says my account is not authorized, and the call request form returns an error. Could Apple Developer Support please review case 103009412320? We are not paying again, to avoid a duplicate charge. What is needed to complete activation?
