In short: my app "wasn't forgotten and is proceeding through the review process," they can't estimate how long the review will take because "review times vary for each app," and "you don't need to do anything else." They'll email me when the review is complete. So there's no timeline, but it does seem to confirm nothing is blocking the submission on my side. I'll post here when the status changes.
