Bro, your situation is better. I am a first time Apple products user and I have developed my app since August, 2026. I first applied for Apple Developer in same month and its showed me pending ever since. I initially thought its the local currency debit card I was using so I approached my bank for a USD visa card. I have used the card to make payments for my google cloud so I know its working but I dont know why Apple will not approve my enrollment.
