Same issue here. My membership expired on October 15, 2026, and I renewed it on October 17, 2026. The Apple Developer website and app show my membership as active until October 17/18, 2027, and the Program License Agreement (issued October 14, 2026) shows as accepted on October 17 However, more than 10 days later, App Store Connect still shows “Developer Program Membership Expired” and asks me to accept the updated license agreement, and my free apps (status “Ready for Distribution”) are still not available on the App Store I believe my account was affected by the same systemic issue with the license expiry date. I tried to contact Developer Support, but the callback failed and both the phone and email contact forms now return “There was a problem processing your request
