This is now 12 weeks with no migration. Twice an advisor has sent me the six-point checklist. Twice I confirmed every point the same day and asked them to start. Twice it then went silent. 15 Aug: requested the migration to RevFuel LLC (case 20000138378313). 18 Aug: advisor sent the checklist. Confirmed same day. Nothing happened. 14 Sep: opened case 102962956104. No reply. 22 Oct: senior advisor picked up case 103004088033 with the same checklist. Confirmed same day. Nothing since. Today, 5 November, my membership still shows "Enrolled as: Individual". I'm not asking for anything new. Please either start the migration this week, or tell me exactly what is blocking it and who owns it.
