Reply to Enrollment blocked 84 days under Operations Review — two contradictory causes given, and the workaround Apple recommended also fails
I am another developer affected by what appears to be the same suspension wave on September 23, 2026. My account was suspended on the same date under DPLA Sections 14.8(a) and 2.8, with allegations related to digital asset activities that have absolutely no connection to my applications or business. I am based in Belarus. I have submitted multiple support requests and sent several emails to provider_review@apple.com, but I have received no substantive response or instructions on what additional evidence is required. My case has now been unresolved for over a month. My membership expired on September 22, and I am unable to renew it because of an enrollment loop. It is concerning to see several independent developers reporting the same suspension date and the same lack of communication from Apple. Has anyone in this thread received an actual response or had their membership reinstated? I would especially appreciate hearing from anyone whose case has been resolved.

Reply to One Month Without a Substantive Response — Developer Membership Suspended and Renewal Blocked
For a month and a half, I haven’t received a response to a single one of my support tickets—and there were six of them. They haven’t replied to any of the emails I’ve sent; I’m at my wit’s end. They offer no help and show no reaction whatsoever. I am deeply disappointed, especially considering I’ve been with Apple from the very beginning.

Hello Apple Developer Support, Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I have not received any actionable guidance or instructions resolving my issue in any of the support cases I mentioned. Could you please specify which of my cases you are referring to and when the guidance was provided? The case numbers are: 102974106735 102989934971 102994198893 I have checked my inbox, spam folder, and all mail folders. I also followed up on my original email regarding the membership suspension, but I have received no response from the team responsible for the review. The response on these forums is currently the only response I have received from Apple regarding the status of my issue. I have also tried contacting support by phone, but resolving the matter by phone has been difficult because I am located in another country. My membership remains suspended, my existing Team ID is not recognized by the developer portal, and I cannot renew my membership. My apps are unavailable for new downloads. I understand that the forums cannot resolve individual account matters. I am simply asking for clarification about the guidance mentioned in your reply and how I can obtain an actual status update on my existing cases. Thank you for your understanding.

Title: Existing Apple Developer team missing — membership renewal blocked Hello, I am experiencing the same issue described in this thread, and my problem remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to contact Apple Developer Support. My Apple Developer Program membership expired on September 22, 2026. My existing developer team is no longer accessible. When I open Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I receive this error: "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '66V7X33MB7' to which you belong." When I try to renew my existing membership, I receive this message: "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I am the Account Holder of the existing membership. I am not trying to create a new account or enroll in a new membership. I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times and submitted a separate technical support request, but I have not received a resolution. Has anyone experienced this issue and successfully restored access to their existing team? Is there a way to get this specific problem reviewed by the team responsible for Apple Developer Program membership and team status? Thank you.
