Same problem. Cannot update address information and Digital Services Act - in review status more than week. Without Business documents i cannot test any subscriptions and prepare my app for review. I cannot imagine how long it will take to review my app!!! I raised tickets in support but had no luck. All we can do for now is only waiting....
