Apple Developer Program Enrollment Delayed – Unable to Complete Registration or Reach Phone Support
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am seeking assistance with an unresolved Apple Developer Program enrollment issue. I previously attempted to enroll using my Apple Account in 2025. I am now trying to complete enrollment as an individual developer using the same account. Unfortunately, I have been unable to complete the enrollment process successfully. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and have open support cases. However, the issue remains unresolved, and the contact page only offers email support. I would appreciate guidance on the following: Could a previous enrollment attempt from 2025 affect a new individual enrollment using the same Apple Account? Is there a way to reset or resolve a pending enrollment without creating a new Apple Account? Has anyone experienced a similar issue and successfully resolved it? Is there an alternative official way to reach the Apple Developer enrollment team by phone or request a callback? I am ready to complete the required verification and pay the annual membership fee once enrollment becomes available. Any guidance from Apple engineers or developers who have experienced this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Apple Developer account denied - Support not going anywhere
Hello all, I could use some advice here. We have attempted to register an Apple Developer account, it's been rejected every time with the response that our company (name + DUNS) already has an account. We are a startup (about 4 years old) and no existing employee (founders down) know who would have registered for this account. Apple Support will not provide any details on the account due to privacy concerns and even after being escalated to a senior support rep, the only response I'm able to get from Apple is that I need to know the Team ID and contact persons details in order to do anything with the account. We are completely stuck and may just have to abaondonly building products for the Apple eco-ssytem because of this. IS there any other contact that we can reach out to provide any legal evidence of the companies ownership so we can register our account?

Paid in the Developer app with a different Apple ID – website still asks me to pay
Hi everyone, I'm enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and I'm a bit stuck, so I hope someone from Apple can take a look. A few days ago I paid the €98.99 membership fee in the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. The money was taken from my bank account right away, and the "Apple Developer Program Membership" subscription shows as Active in my subscriptions. The problem is that my iPhone was signed in to the App Store with a different Apple ID than the one I use for my developer account. I only realized that afterwards. Around the same time, Apple asked me to verify my ID. I sent my documents and got the email "We received your documents". Right now: • My developer account on the website shows "Pending" and keeps asking me to "Complete your purchase". • The Apple Developer app says enrollment through the app isn't available for my developer account. • The paid subscription is sitting on my other Apple ID.I don't want to pay a second time. Could you please link the payment I already made to my developer account and activate my membership? I've opened a case with Developer Support (case 103005180042) and added all the details there. Has anyone had this happen with two different Apple IDs? And could someone from Apple Developer Support please check my case? I'm building a game for iOS and can't go any further until the membership is active. Thanks a lot!

macOS 27.2 b2: Contacts app freezes for several seconds on every contact card
What happens Since installing macOS 27.2 b2 (didn't go through b1, might have been there already), the Contacts app has become almost unusable on my two Macs. Opening a contact or moving to the next one often freezes the app for 8 to 10 seconds, with the spinning wheel. It happens many times in a row while browsing the address book. It comes back no matter what I try: restarting, letting iCloud resync the contacts, deleting and recreating cards. Once, it seemed to go away for a couple of minutes upon restarting, but it returned. Both Macs share the same iCloud account (~690 contacts): a MacBook Pro M4 Pro and a Mac mini M4, both on 27.2 b2 (26B5091g). Reported as FB24928119. Technical details All 18 Contacts_*.spin reports show the main thread blocked in CNCDContactFetcher withLockedContext_fetchPosterData, waiting on a synchronous XPC call to com.apple.contacts.poster.api. That service is postersyncd, which syncs Contact Posters. The kernel kills postersyncd with exceeded mem limit: InactiveHard 20 MB (fatal) at 30–35 MB. launchd relaunches it every ~10 s: 74 kills in 26 h on one Mac, 54 in 24 h on the other. log stream --level debug shows the same sequence on every relaunch: START: Background cleanup → Potential cleanup for missingLocalContactIdentifiers → FetchingContacts → killed within the same second. The cleanup never finishes, so it restarts forever. The poster store (group.com.apple.contacts/ContactsMetadata) is ~85 MB, with blobs of up to 9 MB each. The memory limit stays InactiveHard even while Contacts is frontmost. Moving the poster store aside doesn't help: iCloud rebuilds it in ~25 s. Posters deleted from iOS or iCloud.com get a deletion date but are never purged. Question: has anyone else seen this on 27.2 b2? Is there a way to reset the Contact Posters data stored in iCloud?

What does Siri actually learn from my apps?
Hello, After a recent iOS update, I was going through my settings to set restrictions on apps installed on my device, and I noticed this option on each app's page: Learn from this App: "Allow Siri to learn from how you use [App Name] to make suggestions across apps." I turned it off right away, but it left me with several questions. In 2026, Siri has received major updates, including new AI features, and it now communicates with me much more often. Before I decide whether to turn this setting back on, I'd like to understand: What data does Siri collect from each app? For example, does it look at which apps I open and when, what I do inside them, or the content I view? How is that data used to improve suggestions? What does Siri actually do with what it learns? Where is this data processed and stored? Does it stay on my device, or is it sent to Apple's servers or synced through iCloud? How is my personal information protected? Is it linked to my Apple Account, and is it shared with app developers or third parties? How is the content I watch or read used across apps? Could something I view in one app affect suggestions in another app? Can I see or delete what Siri has already learned? If so, how? I know Apple takes privacy and security seriously, so I'm not too worried. But this is one of those features Apple didn't really talk about on stage, so I'd appreciate a clearer explanation of how it works. Thanks!

Membership terminated under 3.2(f) - reinstatement request under review for 10 weeks (case 20000122635332)
Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership was terminated on July 28, 2026 under Section 3.2(f) ("fraudulent conduct"). I received no prior warning and no description of the specific conduct. Timeline: Jul 29: Submitted an appeal. Jul 30: Developer Support replied that the case was under senior advisor review. Aug 7: Developer Support asked me to send my reasons for reinstatement by email. I did so on Aug 9. Aug 12: Developer Support replied that the case had been forwarded to the senior team and that an Advisor would contact me if needed. Since then: no update (about 10 weeks). I sent a follow-up on the same case thread today. Background: my only app was a free World Cup score-prediction game using a virtual points system only (no real money, no in-app purchases, no gambling), distributed through TestFlight to a small invite-only group. It was never submitted to the App Store. I have since discontinued it. I have never had another developer account. Questions for the community and for any Apple staff who can see this: Is there an official channel to ask for a status update on a case that has been with the senior team for this long? Has anyone had a similar 3.2(f) case resolved, and roughly how long did the review take? Is there any additional information I should send that would help the review? Case reference: 20000122635332 Thank you.

Enrollment Pending in Apple Developer App, but Web/Mac App Prompts to Pay Again
Hi everyone, I recently tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the Apple Developer app on iOS and completed the payment process. In the iOS app, my status currently shows "Enrollment Pending". However, when I log into the Apple Developer portal via a web browser or the Mac app, it doesn't recognize the payment and redirects me to the payment step again as if I haven't paid. Payment Status: Completed & charged via Apple Developer iOS App. Current App Status: Enrollment Pending. Issue: Web/Mac portal is prompting to pay again instead of showing pending verification. Has anyone experienced a similar delay or syncing issue between the iOS app purchase and the web portal? How long does it usually take to process, or should I contact Apple Developer Support immediately? Thanks in advance for your help!

Enrollment still pending after ID verification, paid October 16
I paid for the Apple Developer Program on October 16 and received the invoice on October 18. On October 17 Apple asked me to verify my ID. I sent the documents the same day and got a reply confirming they had arrived. More than two days later my membership still isn’t active, and the account page hasn’t changed. I’ve opened a case with Developer Support (case 103001474992) and also talked to regular apple support through chat yesterday where they first bounced be over to the developer team(?) and then they bounced me over to the technical team who I had a call with today, but they said the developer program can only be handled by developer.apple.com and provided no help. I have an app ready for iOS and can’t go any further until the membership is active. I need to demo my app live at an award ceremony tomorrow night and need people to be able to install it. This is the biggest day for my app so far and I'm worried I won't be able to use it. Please help. It's really time sensitive.

Waiting for review
We submitted our app on the 8th, and ever since, it has been stuck on “Waiting for Review” with absolutely no progress or communication from the App Review team. We’ve sent multiple emails, opened several tickets, spoken to different advisors, and even submitted an expedited review request. The last advisor I spoke with confirmed that the expedited request had been accepted, yet the status remains unchanged. Honestly, this is beyond frustrating. For a company with a $5 trillion market cap, you’d expect a little more accountability, transparency, and respect for developers who rely on your platform. Instead, we’re left chasing updates, opening tickets, and having the same conversations over and over again, with nothing to show for it. At this point, capitalism is truly at its peak: record-breaking valuations, but seemingly zero urgency when it comes to supporting the developers who help build the ecosystem. Unbelievable.

Two years of “enrollment could not be completed.” No phone, email loops, no explanation. What do I do?
I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual for about two years now and I’ve hit a wall I can’t get past. Every attempt ends with “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I’ve tried from the web, from the Apple Developer app, and from my iPhone. No VPN, real credit card, legal name on my Apple Account matches my ID. I’m 21. For context, this Apple Account was set up by my parents years ago when I was younger. It’s not a child account and it’s fully mine now, but it is an old account, and I don’t know if its age or history has anything to do with this. I’ve opened multiple support cases. The latest reply, case says Developer Support can’t verify my identity with the Apple Developer app and can’t provide further assistance with my Apple Account for developer programs. It doesn’t say what failed or what I can change. Every email I send gets a version of that same reply. Phone isn’t an option either. Both numbers I could find say the contact method changed and send me back to the web form, which only gives me email. The Call Me option never shows up on the contact page for me during US support hours.

I understand that Apple has a thorough review process to ensure apps meet its quality and security standards, and I fully respect that process. The app has been submitted successfully, and I haven't received any rejection notices or requests for additional information. I'd appreciate any insights or advice from fellow developers or Apple engineers. Thank you for your time and support!

License Agreement shows accepted, but App Store Connect still asks me to accept it
On developer.apple.com, my Apple Developer Program License Agreement shows as “Accepted October 17, 2026”. App Store Connect still has the banner saying it “has been updated and needs to be reviewed”, and there’s no button to accept it. Because of this I can’t create an app, and the API returns FORBIDDEN.REQUIRED_AGREEMENTS_MISSING_OR_EXPIRED. I’ve signed out and back in and waited over 12 hours. How do I get this cleared?

macOS Tahoe 26.6 Beta: iPhone Mirroring & AirDrop Broken in Primary User Account
I’m using an Apple M4 iMac on macOS Tahoe 26.6 Beta and an iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 26.5. After updating, my iPhone 16 Pro Max no longer appears under iPhone Mirroring settings, and both iPhone Mirroring and AirDrop stopped working from my primary macOS account. The strange part: Apple Support had me create a new macOS user account, and everything worked immediately there. The iPhone appeared correctly, Mirroring worked, and AirDrop worked. When I switch back to my primary account, the iPhone disappears again and neither feature works. My primary account still works normally with my iPad Air M3 and iPhone 12 Pro, so the issue seems specific to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and my original macOS profile. Has anyone else seen this issue or found a fix?

GridBot for iPhone: feedback on first launch, backtests and paper demo
I’m the developer of GridBot for iPhone and would appreciate feedback from up to 10 volunteer beta testers on the first-launch experience, backtest presentation (especially drawdowns), and the paper-trading demo. Platform: iOS. Planned App Store category: Finance. This testing round uses the paper-only demo server. No deposits, real trades or exchange API keys are needed. The app also contains live mode for users with their own server and exchange setup; please use only the paper demo for this test. Public beta: https://testflight.apple.com/join/CAtQ4vbE Installation on iPhone: install Apple’s free TestFlight app, return to this invitation and open the beta link again. Tap View in TestFlight if shown, then Accept and Install to install GridBot. If TestFlight is already installed, open the link directly. No email invitation or invitation code is needed. Please tell me where you hesitated during installation or first launch, whether paper mode was clear, and which backtest numbers were confusing. Screenshots and reproduction steps can be sent via TestFlight feedback. Historical results are not a promise of future trading performance.

Is there an alternative official way to reach the Apple Developer enrollment team by phone or request a callback?
