Hello Apple Developer Support and Community,
I need assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I received an order acknowledgement for the US$99 membership on October 27, 2026, but my membership has not been activated.
I initially started enrollment using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. The process requested a passport image, but I left before uploading it. When I returned, the verification option was no longer available, so I continued through the website.
My Apple Developer app now shows the Enroll Now button as disabled.
I have submitted a support request and received case ID 103016299760.
Could someone advise whether I need to complete identity verification again or whether Apple Support must restore my existing enrollment?
