Hello Apple Developer Community,
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but my enrollment has been stuck on "Pending" for approximately one week.
My Enrollment ID is 9LDLFVHKZ7.
When I attempt to purchase the annual membership for $99, I receive a confirmation page stating that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. However, no payment is charged, and my account continues to display "Purchase your membership."
I have already submitted four support requests but have not received any response.
Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution? I would also appreciate it if an Apple staff member could review my case or advise me on how to proceed.
